Impressive games room with pool table, large comfy lounge + 65" TV.
Step out to partially covered back deck with lounge area, outdoor seating,
outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
Back yard has a variety of herbs and citrus for your use during your stay.
Or enjoy the fire pit area (wood is not supplied)
Second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor entertaining
Alfresco dining area with outdoor kitchen, webber BBQ, mini bar fridge with outdoor seating and covered lounge area that steps out to a private fire pit area (you will need to supply own wood)
Fully fenced yard, carport, off street parking. 2nd driveway with plenty of room for a boat.

The location
Directly opposite is Jervis Bay National Park - perfect for bush walks and mountain biking with
lots of great bush tracks to explore including The Gray Walking Track, Nest of Tracks and Murray Street Fire Trail.
Vincentia Shopping Village is 1km away - with an array of specialty shops, cafe's and restaurants and Coles Supermarket.
We do recommend jumping in the car to enjoy all that Jervis Bay has to offer.

The beaches
With these views - the house is located "up the hill" a 3 minute drive to Collingwood Beach, Collingwood Cove and Orion Beach with many other beaches close by to explore and enjoy.
Enjoy the foreshore cycle path / walkway that runs along Collingwood Beach - head north to Huskisson or south to the White Sands Walking track to Hyams Beach.

The parking
Carport available - car height 2 metres maximum.
2 driveways with parking for 5 cars.
Garden shed is available for storage of bikes, kayaks and paddle boards.

The bedding
1 king bed, 2 queen beds.
Quality linen supplied with beds made for arrival. Please bring beach towels.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in wardrobes.
Micro Cloud mattresses are supplied for all beds.

Pets
If bringing a pet - please be aware that ticks are active in the local area
Please note that only the following beaches are pet friendly:
Huskisson Beach and Nelson's Beach - Off leash at certain times and seasons.
Hyams Beach and Orion Beach - On leash at all times.

Vacanza Vincentia Views is not serviced.
For arrival - we supply a small supply of complimentary toilet paper, mini soaps, tea, coffee sachets, sugar and coffee pods. These items are not supplied for your entire stay.
You are also required to bring any personal items.

Please note that the property has a CCTV camera attached to the front of the house to provide security when vacant. There are no cameras inside the house.  The camera views the front yard and driveway
