大人4人、子供4人、犬2匹で宿泊しました

大人4人、子供4人、犬2匹で宿泊しました。とても清潔で設備もよく、満足度の高い宿泊でした。犬たちもお庭に出て走ったり、のびのび過ごすことができました。リビング中央の暖炉が使用不可となっていたことは残念でした。小さい子供には階段の隙間や2階の吹き抜けが少し危なっかしかったですが、大人がついていれば大丈夫でした。2階のベッドの部屋とその隣の部屋に仕切りがなかったので、強いて言えばそこが引き戸などが付いていて独立していれば尚よかったです。鴨川シーワールドからも近く、複数家族+犬の旅行には最適と思いました。他の土地の施設も利用したいです！

設備については素晴らしいと思いました。ワンちゃんも凄く楽しそうでした。 サービスについては改善の余地があると思います。無人のホテルであるが故に、オペレーターは設備に詳しくないといけないと思います。 ブレーカーが落ちたのですが、その対処について聞いたところ、「寝室の物入れに入っている、それ以上に把握していない。弊社は沢山の施設を保有しているので、全てを把握していない。他にもお客様がいるのであとは自分で対処して欲しい」と言われました。 あまりに無責任だと感じましたし、オペレーターの女性の高圧的な態度が非常に不快でした。 せっかくの旅行が台無しです。

施設自体は比較的新しく綺麗でした

施設自体は比較的新しく綺麗でした。 インテリアや部屋の設備にもこだわっている印象です。 ただチェックインの日に部屋番号や暗証番号などの詳細が届くとメールに記載があったので15時まで待っていましたが全く届かず こちらからお電話し確認しましたが、謝罪の一つもありませんでした。 お部屋も少しの汚れなどは許容範囲なのですが、あまりにも砂やなぜか小石が凄く犬を連れて行ったので飲み込んでしまいそうで危険でした。埃もすごく敷布団は前回の人の髪の毛が凄くて気持ち悪かったです。 清掃に本当に入っているのか疑うレベルでした。 アメニティもとても少なく歯ブラシとボディタオルだけです。（お風呂場にはシャンプーリンス、ボディーソープは常備してあります） とにかくお部屋が汚かったという印象でした。

この度はありがとうございました。 家族親戚7人　大人3人、子供4人で泊まりました。建物内に関しては申し分なく綺麗で全てが新しく過ごしやすかったです。 ただ、 駐車場が指定なくフリーでした。 家族連れだと荷物等が多いので、 荷物の出し入れや、買い物出ると、元々停車していた場所に他車両が停車してたりします。 お互い利用車として、 駐車場に関しては改善できたらと思いました。 また利用させていただけたらと思います。

Vacation Stayは複数体験していましたが、鴨川は今回が初。ロケーションは海が宿の至近、食材調達の店々も至近で便利。しかし幾つか残念だった事があり。D棟はドア開口部が極めて狭く荷物を持っての出入りは極めて窮屈。身体と荷物の向きを留意しながら入退室が必要。また初日の朝になり、Checkin時刻を15時から16時に後ろ倒しして欲しいと依頼されました。理由を尋ねたら土曜日は立て込んでいるからと。もしこれが常なる事ならば予約当初から16時と伝えて貰いたかったです。アメニティは、他のロケーションは洗面台周りのサンプルが充実していたのに比べると、小さな化粧水のサンプルが一つだけと落差を感じてしまいました。

お部屋はとても綺麗で、設備もとても良かったです。 食料や飲み物は車ですぐの所にウエルシアとスーパーで調達できます。 パジャマはないので持って行く必要がありますが、シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、歯ブラシなどは置いてあります。 また利用したいです。

入り口には車椅子の方に配慮されたスロープがあり、駐車場は障害者用のスペースもあり、配慮されていると思いましたが、玄関から入るところは段差が大きく、和室も段差があり、中は段差を感じる空間でした

鴨川シーワールドに行く方にはおすすめ

鴨川シーワールドに行く方にはおすすめ。ただし、ホテル前の道は細いので、運転になれていない方は要注意。少し歩きますがコンビニや薬局、スーパーはあるので食べ物には困りません。 また、無人になるため、荷物は事前に送ることはできないので、そういった方は普通のホテルをおすすめします。それと、連泊でしたが、清掃の人が確認せず入ってきたので、鍵はしっかりかけたほうがよいかと。
