Great stay!

We had a nice stay at Grand Solmar. Carol was great to work with and made everything super easy. The room we were given was not what Carol had requested, but that was due to the staff at Grand Solmar. All the rooms are nice, but we wish the property honored Carol's room request as the room we were given was a bit noisy.

Excellent property and excellent host

Grand Solmar is a top resort in Cabo. Our room was great, one bedroom but with two bathrooms, a living room with a tv, dining room, kitchen, and large patio that overlooked the resort's pools and the ocean. Carol was very responsive and accurate. I highly recommend this vacation site and room.

Beautiful Property! This is what your Dreaming of.

Our room was exactly as we expected and even nicer in person. Floor to ceiling travertine bathroom showers. A nice big modern bath tub . Daily maid service with nightly turndown. A full super nice kitchen which we mainly used to refill refreshments . Plenty of space for a couple or even with a couple kiddo's. We've been to a few high end resorts and the Grand Solmar Master Suite has to be the nicest of them all so far. We were assigned room 2304 with a direct ocean front view on the 3rd. floor. I'd recommend going another level up but it was also nice to be able to walk down to the pool so easily. Carol was great to work with and we had no issues whatsoever. And you'll want that if you visiting Mexico! If Cabo is on your bucket list then you can't go wrong with a stay here. The infinity pools are stunning & beautiful with the waves crashing just in front of them it's hard to describe how picturesque this place really is. But that's why everyone is always taking pictures.

Wonderful Resort, Terrific Location, Great Place for R & R. The Grand Solmar Lands End is 1st Class

This was our first stay in Cabo except for a one day stop on a cruise ship. We had a wonderful time! It was thoroughly relaxing. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. We liked the semi-private beach, the natural scenery, and no solicitors to disturb our vacation. There are plenty of restaurants on site along with a nice gym. Just hanging out in the balcony was peaceful. Carol was terrific to work with. She was very responsive, made our arrangements, and provided many suggestions. Thank you Carol for letting us stay in your beautiful Master Suite! We were impressed from the time the door was opened. We hope that we can rent your unit in the future if available. We couldn't ask for more. The resort has several nice infinity pools along the ocean front with pool bars. We enjoyed hanging out there. The property had a responsive hotel and concierge staff. The location is ideal - close to stores, restaurants, and the harbor where many excursions are based. Upon arrival, we made the trip to Walmart (which we normally don't shop at in the US). We found everything we needed purchasing some groceries to take care most breakfasts and lunches. We enjoyed eating at the Mexican restaurant "Mi Casa" and the Italian restaurant "Romeo and Juliet." We took the Cabo Pulmo Snorkel Expedition. We enjoyed the snorkeling which including seeing large schools of fish, a big pod of false killer whales jumping out of the water, and sea lions swimming near us. We took the Pezgato Tropicat Jazz and Wine sunset cruise. It was fun going around the Arch area at night. Our favorite excursion was Sunrider lunch snorkel. The catamaran was beautiful. The crew made the trip a blast with great music on the way to and from snorkeling. We are looking forward to visiting Cabo soon!
