You’ll love the incredible light from high transom windows, the ski-lodge styling, beautiful furnishings, and dramatic views to the woodsy backyard down to the river. The gas fireplace and air conditioning will ensure a comfortable stay, whether you are here to swim and float in the Deschutes in summer or ski Mt. Bachelor in winter.

You’ll find a king primary suite on the main level, with a large, slate walk-in shower; a king and queen bedroom upstairs share a second bath. Lots of little extras, including a ping-pong table in the garage; a main-level media room; chaise lounges, dining furniture and a gas barbecue on the deck; and a picnic table down by the river will delight your guests. This quiet retreat is only minutes by car to Sunriver, where you can mingle with the crowds at the Village’s restaurants, brew pubs, shops and SHARC aquatic center. What a joy to end an activity-rich day in your own private river-front retreat and let the Little Deschutes, the wind in the pines, and time with your family and friends relax you. Our home allows two dogs, each weighing up to 50 pounds and Parking available for large vehicles.

Sunriver Getaway

We thought the property was great! It was convenient location for our activities. We did have a little trouble with the heating system but we were able to figure it out then it worked great. We were surprised to have a herd of elk (about 40) show up in the trees next to the yard. We would probably stay there again. We loved it!

Beautiful and comfortable

House was in ideal location, very quiet but close to Sunriver. Saw deer every day in the yard. Had all of the amenities that our family needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again.

We will definitely be back!

This was our first getaway as a family with our newborn and dogs this home was absolutely fabulous!! It was so clean, the home is beautiful, and the backyard was AMAZING for playing fetch with the dogs. Close to Sunriver village and the home had everything you need. We definitely will be back!

Lovely , comfortable home but does NOT have river access

This house is lovely and well cared for and has everything needed for family stay . It has a lovely back yard with big lawn . We rented it because the VRBO title claimed it had river access which was our most important desired feature. We wanted to relax and have access to the water whenever during our stay . When we got the check in instructions the day before arrival, we learned that it does NOT have river access but a dangerous drop off that was not recommended for use. Also the "river" is really a very small tributary . We only saw one person on the water during our entire stay and they got stuck in a kayak trying to make it through the narrow passage . Bottom line - if you are looking for a lovely home in this area it will work . If you are looking for direct river access this is not the place . We did contact the rental company and notified them of the false advertising . They have since changed the listing but it was too late for us.
