About this property

2 bdrm. sleeps 5, just a short walk to beach 1 !

Nestled among the towering pines, a short walk to the largest freshwater beach in the world! 2 bedroom cottage with full size kitchen and living room. 2 min. walk to all the surf shops and restaurants at beach 1. Only a 5 min. drive to Walmart and Tim Hortons. Weekly rentals in July and August. We also have 4 other cottages available on the property including a studio, 1 bedroom (2 of them) and a 4 bedroom. All of our cottages are professionally cleaned before each guest checks-in. Please bring your own pillows, bedding, towels and toiletries. Cutlery, pots and pans are supplied. Very few cottages in Wasaga Beach have what we have to offer, free parking and walking distance to beach 1. If you've never been to Wasaga Beach, its important to know that Beach 1 is the most famous beach on the strip. It's where you will find the most restaurants, shops and of course people!
Please note that we are a family friendly property and we cater to families. The primary guest in charge of booking must be minimum 25 years of age to book this cottage. If you are looking for a place to party, please check out Blue Coast cottages or Summerhill cottages.

The perfect rental for a beach vacation. Walking distance to everything Wasaga has to offer. The host was extremely gracious. There was a slight mix up with the bedding where the property only slept 4 but was advertised as 5. The host did everything possible to make it work. Would definitely recommend this rental.

This cottage was exactly as advertised! A clean, recently renovated, small cabin. Most things needed were provided, including toilet paper, cooking utensils, laundry detergent, etc. Anything that wasn’t included was advertised as such. Jeff was a great host and this cottage is a great stay!Something to be considered is that the cottages are very close together, so there isn’t much privacy at the lot, all outside space is shared, and you will be able to hear other guests.

Had an amazing family stay

This cottage had everything we needed for our little family vacation. The kids were content with sticking to the beach, but the cottage is very conveniently located, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the mini putt. The owner was very friendly and prompt on responding. We will definitely return!

100/100 STARS for Berni, Jeff and Fe! The cottage is an easy Peary walk to Beach Area One where all the entertainment, shops, food and bars are located! We could easily walk back to the cottage for lunch and then back to the beach ! The cottage is immaculate, and the owners are really good peeps, with personable communication and follow-up! They gave us a lovely tour and lent us a wagon since we had so much stuff with kids to take to the beach! Bonus is the air conditioning and washer/dryer in our cottage! Will brag to all friends/family about this lovely stay! Thanks so much for the most lovely stay! Kathy & Gang!

La propreté laissait un peu à désirer (toilette sale), mais pour le reste, tout était très bien. La plage n’est vraiment pas loin, c’est facile de le faire à pieds, même avec de jeunes enfants.
