Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home located just a short distance from town. We enjoyed exploring the property and learning some of the area history shared by our host. Riding the ATV trails at the Bankhead National Forest and antiquing in the nearby towns were fun for our group. Would love to visit again and definitely recommend this home for a quiet getaway.

What a great place! Private and nicely nestled in the foot of the Appalachians but located right in the middle of eveyting Alabama has to offer. Wonderful hosts and very comfortable place to stay. I highly recommend and can't wait to come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Secluded Getaway Home w/ Trails Waterfall! It was a beautiful home with a very comfortable bed, a well-appointed kitchen, a very cozy living area, and lots of outdoor space for our dogs! The hosts were very attentive and helpful as well! We stayed at this house a year ago for an event in Cullman, and had such a great experience, we got it again this year. Never disappoints. The hosts are great and the property has a live spring and historical landmarks. The house easily accommodated us and provided the ideal place to wind down from the tournament.

We had rented this house for my family that came down for my daughter’s graduation. It’s a beautiful home that sits on a nice lot with a stream. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teens and a baby. It was nice and relaxing and not too far from several towns. Would rent again.

Perfect Getaway Near Smith Lake

This place was awesome! Super chill spot near Smith Lake—perfect for a getaway. The location is great and close enough that we could hit the lake during the day and then come back to relax. The scenery around here is really beautiful. The house itself was crazy comfortable. Plenty of space, nice setup, and just had a really great vibe. Perfect spot to kick back with friends, grill out, and just enjoy some time away from the usual grind.The hosts were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. 10/10 would stay here again. If you’re looking for a solid spot near Smith Lake, this is it!

Get Away Home

The place is great and we had a most wonderful time there. The scenery is beautiful and enjoyed looking at the Angus in the field next door. My family says it’s one of their favorite places. The beds were comfortable, we did have some cleanliness issues with the refrigerator and also the dining table but everything else was great. The house decor is rustic I’d say but goes perfect with the place. The manager was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
