T3 spacious 45m2 refurbished and very well equipped:
1 living room with kitchen area: oven, microwave, electric hob, toaster, 2 coffee machines (senseo and electric), dishwasher, fridge freezer, 80cm flat screen TV, internet, wifi.
2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds open on the garden and the other with double bed open on the covered terrace (the bedding is very good)
Bathroom with storage, wc, shower cabin.
The living room opens onto the terrace through a large picture window.
The terrace is made up of a covered part of approximately 15 M2 (under the arches) where the outdoor lounge for the aperitif is located!
and an open area of approximately 25 m2 with large table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue.
This very large secure terrace will delight young and old alike. It is bordered by orange, lemon and oleander trees.
The most from this year: the creation of a ZEN space with professional SPA all options and covered for the safety of the little ones.
Rest, relaxation and freshness are provided by trees of various species around the terrace: olive trees, myrtle, arbutus, magnolia, pine, camphor, jasmine ......, much appreciated after a long day of work! (tanning and swimming).

Vacances super

Nous avons été accueilli par la propriétaire très gentille elle nous à montré la location elle nous à offert pour la bien venue eau fraîche ainsi que deux bouteilles de vin de la région.Pour aller à la mer pas besoin de prendre la voiture car les parcs sont payant. Nous avons apprécié le jacuzzi avec modération.Nous reviendront peut être une autre fois ou la conseillerons à d'autre personne

Un emplacement idéal pour cet appartement agréable et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. La propriétaire nous a fait un très bon accueil, disponible si besoin pendant le séjour et très s discrète.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, wenige Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand und zu Geschäften. Die Vermieterin lebt in der Wohnung darüber und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!Die Wohnung ist absolut ausreichend ausgestattet und außergewöhnlich sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden swhr gerne wieder kommen.

A beautiful apartment

Everything was excellent, the apartment is beautiful and the outside area most pleasant and calming with jacuzzi. It is ideally situated both for walking to the beach and also for the Aqualand and supermarket. A place of peace and calm to relax to after a busy day! It's worth noting that the main railway line is fairly close by and so you can hear the regular sound of passing trains but this didn't bother me, and actually found it quite soothing. I certainly hope to visit again sometime in the future.

an excellent apartment!

This is in an excellent location about 350 metres from the beach at St Cyr sur mer. As shown in the photos there is private outdoor space in a yard ideal for sitting outside in the evenings. The spa pool is excellent and is private and not overlooked in any way. Sadly a neighboour was having some work done and in the day time we were frequcntly disturbed by noisy equipment. This should only be a temporary situation! All in all an excellent spot for enjoying the beach, bars and restaurants of this small town.

Superschöne Terrasse, perfekte Lage

Wir haben eine Woche auf dieser wunderschönen Terrasse verbracht: Sonne satt, Schatten bei Bedarf, die Wohnung stets schön kühl und die Vermieterin super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung reicht für 2-4 Personen aus, Töpfe und Pfannen sind allerdings etwas zu klein. Sonst alles top, super gelegen, 5 min zu Strand und Läden und die wunderschöne Calanque du Port d‘Alon in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Erholung pur!

Schöne Wohnung mit überdachtem Aussensitzplatz

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Das Wetter stimmte, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die beiden Flaschen Wein, die zur Begrüssung kaltgestellt waren, haben gemundet. Der verkehrsarme Weg zum Meer (nur einmal die Hauptstrasse überqueren), ist kurz. Whirlpool hat in lauen Sommerabenden zusätzlich für Entspannung gesorgt. Empfehlenswerte Wohnung für den Sommer.

Sommerurlaub als kleine Familie

Die Ferienwohnung liegt als eine von 2 Ferienwohnungen im Erdgeschoss des Wohnhauses der Eigentümerin am Ende einer Privatstrasse. Daher ist es sehr ruhig. Die Bahntrasse verläuft zwar unweit, man hört die Züge auch, dies haben wir aber nicht als störend empfunden. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden.Super sind die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, denn es gibt tatsächlich viele Mücken.Fußläufig ist alles innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen (mit 4jährigem Kind etwa 12-15 Minuten gemütlich zum Strand/Erwachsene 8-10 Minuten). Gar kein Problem. Wir waren überrascht über die wenig ausländischen Touristen in der Gegend. Fast nur Franzosen- also Frankreich ganz ursprünglich. Es gibt auch keine Hotelburgen in der Gegend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit bei Problemen.

Feriewohnung mit schöner Terrasse nahe am Strand

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schön große Terrasse, überdacht und in einem kleinen Garten mit Bäumen und Sträuchern gelegen. Der tolle Whirlpool ist ebenfalls im Garten. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß und nicht so voll wie in anderen Orten der Umgebung. Vom Ort aus kann man sehr gut die ganze Gegend erkunden. Die Wohnung ist gut mit Geschirr ausgestattet, allerdings fehlen zum Kochen etwas größere Töpfe. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Tres bon séjour, nous avons été bien accueillis, le logement présente tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour le séjour. La plage est un peu loin a pieds mais cela nous a fait faire de l'exercice... la voiture est bien gardée a l’intérieur de la résidence. A recommander. Le seul bémol du séjour c’était les moustiques.... ;-)

Belle location

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire avec rosé et eau fraîche. La maison possède une superbe terrasse, ombragée avec tous les équipements nécessaires à la détente, au son des cigales. L'intérieur de la maison est plutôt spacieux, surtout les chambres. L'équipement bébé est fourni, c'est très appréciable. Le seul bémol est l'accès à la plage et au port qui se fait par des escaliers et chemin un peu escarpé; avec des jeunes enfants, ce n'est pas toujours évident, et ça monte un peu pour rentrer. Néanmoins, cela reste correct. Le train passe derrière la location mais ce n'est pas tellement dérangeant. Pour résumer, très bon rapport qualité prix !

Ruhig und entspannend

Herzlicher Empfang von Mme Guerin. Wasser und Wein im Kühlschrank. Sehr saubere Wohnung. Küchenausrüstung ein wenig bescheiden. Der Strand, Restaurants und Läden sind problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar. Für 2 Personen ideal. Wir haben uns bestens erholt beim Zirpen der Zikaden. Barbara und Peter aus Basel

Séjour à la mer

Accueil sympathique par la "maitresse des lieux" avec eau fraiche et vin rosé frais du terroir a l'arrivée . Séjour calme et dans la verdure à deux pas de la mer . La voiture bien garée ne nous a plus servi . Terrasse immense avec barbe cue , ping pong et transats , le reve ! A conseiller +++++
