The apartment is so nice ,big room and clean. There is in a good location with free parking. Walking distance to park, lake, supermarket and free yellow cat bus stop. Close to Perth city. Mike, the manager is very good. He prepared everything that we needs for us.

Work and family

Couldn't have worked better. A great property in a good position. We could get to work quickly and easily with the free cat bus, get on the freeways easily to visit family and walk down to the cafes on the water for a drink after the day was done. Everything in the apartment was clean, good quality and made life very pleasant. We could keep our bikes and hang our washing in the totally enclosed middle courtyard, while there was also a full washer and dryer if we wanted or needed to dry things indoors. There was a desk for our computers and large table for eating, plus dishwasher for the clean-up. The garage was tricky to access but was there to use when the free outside parking was full. Everything we needed was available and we felt very comfortable and welcome.
