Not for the faint hearted, there are 4 sets of 8 steps up to this 2nd floor apt. A neutral palette keeps it smart, simple and functional; one bedroom w/QB, a new Sealy mattress, new couch, SMART TV, refreshed kitchen & appliances. Single FREE car parking bay on-site at the property (yes, in the CBD!) Small private balcony for sunshine & river views.
There are 4 sets of 8 steps to the 2nd floor of this building complex. The closest laundry facility is 500m (7mins walk) on Adelaide Terrace OR there is a communal laundry (coin operated) on the ground floor of the building.

Short Perth Stay
We came from Sydney NSW for a short stay. First time in WA and after our first day we were in lockdown!! Couldn’t believe it. Thank goodness we had an apartment and not just a hotel room. A fully equipped kitchen meant that we were able to cook some meals etc while having to stay inside. Everything was very clean and all had been well thought out with so much more than just the basics..... all the little things to make our stay that much more comfortable. Such a comfortable bed thank you and excellent pillows. Huge Samsung TV, balcony with a view to the river. Safe parking for our car. When we did go out for our allowed hour of exercise we found that the apartment was well located within walking distance to supermarket and CBD (although nothing open) the Perth Mint, etc Would certainly recommend. Thank you.

Centrally located
Loved the fact that this property complex was gated. It was a short walk to Perth and Elizabeth Quay. Beautiful view of Swan River and park. Kitchen was fantastic which is why I got the property. Very roomy. Do keep in mind although fantastic it is an older property so you can hear a few noises etc. And I did a few issues but they where either fixed as soon as they could or an apology given. I would consider staying here agaib

Great location
The location of the property was perfect if you need the city and like afternoon walks on the river, the kitchen was also great, keeps cold on a hot day. However the bathroom needs some real TLC (also needed a little more cleaning), the lounge is not great to relax on, one of the dining chairs needs fixing.

Disappointing Environment
The apartment itself is as described and perfectly acceptable. However, the apartment block is dated, in poor condition and in need of a major overhaul. The communal laundry in the description is unfit for purpose. Fortunately. for long stay guests there is an excellent Lava coin op in Adelaide Terrace just round the corner. In my opinion the owners need to address the issues raised here or give a more accurate description.

Great Break
While in an older building this apartment has been renovated to a high standard and sits in a great location. Easy walk to restaurants and the free bus system. Apartment has everything you require and mattress one of the best we have slept on. King Koil Conforma Essence Medium if you're interested. Recommend this property. A & L, Melbourne
