Nice little place.
Owner lives there and vacates for guests.
Place needs a deep clean.
Checking in was a challenge, and address is only given out very close to check in day.
The constant messages with instructions on how to vacate was OTT. We felt like we were an intrusion.
However, David was quick to reply to any message.
Very nice apartment in a good location, and David was very helpful with the check in process.

West Perth Apartment
Location notification only 1 day prior to stay so no opportunity to cancel. Unfortunately at major busy intersection so very noisy. No shelves/drawers for clothes & only 10 coat-hangers. No luggage storage. Dirty oven (did not use). Laundry area dirty/dusty. Windows/glass dirty. No spare pillows.No bowls/collander/bakeware. Lack of power-points in living area. No bathroom vanity sink plug. No washing rack/pegs. No vacuum cleaner recharge cable. Not value for money.
