The living space has a split system which effectively cools the main part of the apartment. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Very accessible to Midland Hospital as it's just 10 minutes down the road. Hang around and shop at the DFO outlet stores just 15 minutes drive away.

A residential area of Perth, with so much close by. The train is 15 minutes to the city. It's a quick 10 minutes drive to the Airport.
