COMFORT - All main bedrooms have reverse cycle Air-conditioning. The lounge also has reverse cycle Air-conditioning + gas heater fire place which make the room very warm in winter.

THE MAIN BEDROOM - is very large with built in robes, private TV and deluxe king size bed with solid jarrah study/work desk.

THE SECOND BEDROOM - is spacious with a wardrobe and beautiful white Queen bed with side tables. This room is unique as it connects to a games room / study area that also has a Queen sofa bed that can sleep 2 extra people. There’s also another study desk.

THE THIRD BEDROOM - is also spacious with queen size bed, side tables and wardrobe. This room has its own access to a private balcony.

EVERY ROOM - has balcony access, is fresh, clean and inviting. All bedrooms have reverse cycle Air-conditioning, portable fan, and robe.

ENTERTAINMENT, FAMILY FRIENDLY- The home has WIFI and Netflix included. As well as a gaming station with thousands of computer games. There are also board games like monopoly and chess as well as a Jenga set, UNO cards, traditional playing cards, a poker set and a variety of indoor and outdoor toys and play equipment. Outdoor has a cricket bat set, badminton set and ping pong table.

We offer a fast response to any questions during the stay and have a team readily available to attend to any issues along the way.

The house is spacious with delightful country style kitchen and dining that’s filled with natural light, all decked with new appliances. Huge high ceilings throughout. Large outdoor area with a real sense of space and freedom, all privately gated and secure.

Location is ideal only minutes to Perth airport, Optus stadium, local parks, restaurants, cafes, bars and major shopping centres.

Commuting is easy as there is a train station and bus transport close by.

Upon booking, please select how many guests total so we can ensure all beds are prepared appropriately.

We understand pets are a part of the family, so we welcome them, however we can only accommodate 2 pets maximum (unless approved by the owner upon request) and they must be house trained and well taken care of at the property. For longer stays 1 month and over there will be a small pet bond.

If you have a caravan or a boat, there is room inside the driveway behind lock up gates.
