Built in 1915, this gorgeous character home cleverly combines turn-of-the-century period elegance with contemporary touches as it was extended and renovated in 2005 and again in 2015.
The immaculate presentation begins from the street, with a picture-perfect federation façade of the white picket fence, veranda and lush gardens that gracefully shade the home.
Once inside you’ll love the interplay of original character features such as high ceilings, wooden floorboards and ornate decorative fireplaces, architraves and skirtings with the newer full height extension, modern kitchen and renovated bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a King bed, bedside tables with hanging lamps beneath the ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and single vanity basin.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, decorative fireplace, floor rug and wardrobe beneath the ceiling fan.
The third bedroom has a single bed with trundle bed underneath the canopy, bedside tables with lamps, decorative fireplace, floor rug and dressing table with stool beneath the ceiling fan.
The fourth bedroom has a single bunk bed, floor rug, dressers and toys beneath the ceiling fan.
The main bathroom has a standalone bathtub, separate shower, single basin vanity (all with brass gold fixtures) and toilet.
The casual family room has a comfortable couch and 2 armchairs, TV and coffee tables.
The dining area has a wooden table with fabric seats for 6.
The modern kitchen has a stainless-steel breakfast bench with wood & leather high back stools, stainless steel fridge, double sink, dishwasher, Italian-made gas stovetop, electric oven and Nespresso coffee pod machine.
The formal lounge room has a leather lounge, coffee tables, floor rug, lamps with gorgeous French doors that lead out to the front veranda and gardens.
Upstairs is the home office/study area with desk, swivel chair and skylight for the natural light to shine through.
