The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The bins are taken out weekly based on colour - on MONDAY evening. Every week the GREEN garden waste bin is taken out. Then alternately the RED (general waste) and YELLOW (recycling) are taken out.
Please make sure if there is not enough space, you take rubbish to the school bins or council waste centre.
Please DO NOT leave excess rubbish at the house - this is prohibited by council and we will need to charge fees to manage extra waste.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pool was great, we did have a couple of issues and upon speaking with owner, she dropped in at our request and dealt with them, it is a beautiful big house, all in all it was very comfortable roomy house, will accommodate a large family. The Host Victoria is very approachable and very quick to address any issues, would I stay there again Yes I would. Location was good, shopping centre with everything you need with in walking distance. Not to far to travel to Perth, Freo etc.
