Minutes away from Perth's popular Victoria Park strip of trendy cafes, restaurants, pubs and 10 minutes from Perth City Centre! This classic charm boasts 4 large bedrooms with 2 King sized beds, 1 Queen and a Bunk bed with double and single. Modern and comfortable furnishings combined with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ makes this your "Aussie" home with a backyard 'barbie' experience! Plenty of parking space for more than 2 cars, central cooler throughout the house and individual gas and oil heat

We leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but we are available to answer any questions or see to any issues during your stay. We can be at the property within 30 minutes if required.

East Victoria Park or as locals call it ' Vic Park' has been a trendy strip of hotspot for an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs and more ranging from local delicacies and pastries to Asian cuisines and snacks. Across the house is a local primary school so you'll get you "natural alarm" of buzzing kids from about 10 in the morning of weekdays! Other than that, your street is quiet and peaceful. Coles Supermarket is your closest convenient grocery only 3 mins drive located in VIc park Centre mall. Perth city is only 10 mins drive , Crown casino Burswood is 7 mins drive.
Your largest shopping mall is Westfield Carousel - 13 mins drive away with all your local and international boutiques and endless selection of restaurants, cafes and pharmacies!

You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

4 Large bedrooms in the following configuration :
- Master bedroom King sized bed with Ensuite Bathroom and large walk in wardrobe. Gas and Oil heater available. Ceiling fan and central cooler in ceiling.
- Queen sized bedroom with non-working fireplace. Dedicated Oil heater in this room for winter. Ceiling Fan and central cooler.
- King sized bedroom. Ceiling fan and central cooler. Oil heater dedicated for this bedroom.
- Bunk bed with double sized bed on the bottom and single on top. OIl heater available and central cooler on ceiling.
-Shared bathroom with toilet in the corridor with a baby change table.

-Living room with flat screen TV mounted above fireplace. Gas Heater dedicated for this cosy space.
-Kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a full meal - Rice cooker, pots, pans, toaster, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Sandwich press, Dishwasher, 4 gas stove cook top
-Dining Room - 8 seater dining table overlooking alfresco
- Laundry room has a washing machine and dryer.
-Alfresco - Outdoor lounge seats and outdoor dining table and gas BBQ
- Entire house has central cooler, individual rooms has ceiling fans except for bunk bedroom. Individual rooms have either a gas or oil heater for winter months.
