GENERAL This beautiful house is centrally located in Victoria Park, only 5 min drive to the Perth city, 15 min drive from the Perth International and Domestic Airports, 5 min to the Swan river/Burswood/Crown Entertainment Complex/Optus Stadium and only 1 min drive to West Coast Eagle stadium. This is a great place to base yourself and explore Perth. In our view this house is perfect for couples or families, it is truly the home away from home you've been looking for. The house is fully furnished and self-contained. The house is open planned living with stylish décor with a functional kitchen. The entire house is air conditioned with ducted air con system (cooling and heating) to ensure your comfort during your stay. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets in the property. There is a laundry and one courtyard/sitting area The house can sleep up to 8 people (7 adults x 1 infant) The house is safe, family friendly and suitable for children (no stairs, just one step from living space to the bedrooms) and complete with a high chair, toddler toilet seat and a cot (available at no extra charge). The cot is available upon request and this will be placed in the master room.
BEDROOMS The master room has an ensuite, queen bed with 2 bedside tables and walk in robe. The second room has a double-sized bed with 2 bedside tables. There is a comfortable office desk/chair to work on in the third bedroom as well, this is ideal if you are business or work travelers The third bedroom has a double-sized bed with 2 bedside tables. All beds are high quality bed with comfortable mattresses for your stay. There a sofa bed in the living area that can be turned into double bed when required. All bedrooms bedside lamps or study lamp and an alarm clock.
LIVING AREA There is a 55” SMART TV and Netflix along with unlimited Wi-Fi for your entertainment. Either you are on holiday or business trip you can find fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection we have to offer. There a 3-seater comfortable and easy to use sofa-bed for your enjoyment. The living area is a really cosy area, ideal for families to bond when you are on holiday.
KITCHEN The fully functional kitchen is complete with all brand-new appliances including a dishwasher, a large 2 door fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, gas burners, kettle, toaster, rice cooker. We also provide a dish rack and cooking necessities including pots and pans, professional knife set, cutting board, crockery, seasoning, cooking oil, etc. Ample kitchen consumables are provided such as dishwasher tablets, dish washing liquid, sponges and rubbish bin bags.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS A first bathroom is an ensuite to the master bedroom. It has one shower, toilet and double spacious vanity. Second bathroom has one shower, toilet and single vanity. All toilets/bath rooms have luxurious diffuser and room sprays for your comfort. All bathrooms have hotel quality toiletries for your use.
LAUNDRY Brand new large door washing machine together with washing liquid/softener and a clothes dryer are available if you'd like to wash any clothes during your stay. There is an iron with ironing board and hair dryer available for your use. An outdoor cloth line with pegs is provided as well.
OUTDOOR PATIO/COURTYARD There is a outdoor setting with a large table and 6 chairs should you like to sit outside and enjoy Perth’s fresh air.
LINEN Luxurious hotel quality sheets are provided with soft/firm pillow options for your comfort. High quality cotton hand towels and thick bath towels are also provided for your use. After each stay the apartment is professionally cleaned with fresh quality linen supplied.
HYGIENE Exceptionally clean throughout! Only the highest cleanliness standards will be accepted! All bench tops throughout the house are stone making it really easy to clean.
PARKING Private single garage and also you can park 2 more cars on the driveway.
TRAVEL ADAPTER We provide protected 3 outlet universal travel adapter that can be used for any country’s power plug.
SECURITY The house has a local alarm system. All doors and windows have security doors and screens for your safety and comfort.

For those who want a great house centrally located to cover the Best Courses in WA from The Cut to Joondalup - this is it! Tracey is a great host and easy to deal with. House was clean and tidy. Loved our stay.
My children and I had a very comfortable stay for our two weeks self quarantine. Plenty of space for my kids to play outside and a bedroom each! Our host Tracey, was so lovely and easy to deal with which made our quarantine experience that much easier to deal with. Highly recommend.

It is close to everything and has easy public transport access to city, shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, Casino, Movies by Burswood, universities, libraries, leisure & sport center, local parks, airport, recreational areas around Swan rivers, shopping centres and best restaurants in Perth!! and the list goes on, it has everything. You don’t need a car because you are only 3km from the city and can pretty much cycle everywhere you need to go.
