The cottage is a good description of the house. Though, after seeing the outside, front yard was over grown a little, lawns due for mowing, mailbox fill of junk mail spilling out onto the ground so we were a little worried about the inside.So we were happy to see it in good clean condition. It's an older place so has a few of the usual wear and tear things older homes have. We were happy with the location as we picked a place close to everything we needed. It fits that perfectly, malls, airport and the city as close at hand. This is a great place to stay as has everything you need.

The property was sparkling clean. We were pleased that there were soap pumps at every sink and a few unexpected odds and ends supplied such as shower soap, alfoil and herbs. Great communication with the Owner. Very easy check-in and check-out and prompt contact during our stay. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend them.

Was a lovely home, comfortable for our family and location was perfect. Only a few things that were missing. Would've been nice to have a laundry basket, more pegs, more dining seats and the kitchen exhaust fan wasn't working.

The property had everything we needed, was reasonably clean and value for money. However, it would have been nice to have a mowed lawn and the large well established bee hive removed from the front yard as we have a child with a severe bee allergy.

Thanks for the review. Regarding the bee hive, I have contacted the Belmont council to removed the bee hive few days before you arrived because the tree belong to them, but it takes 1 - 2 weeks for them to act on it. Looking forward to have you back next time you are in Perth.

Convenient and quiet location. Shops only 5 minute drive. Parking at the door. Older style home. Unfortunately, the lounge was very old and uncomfortable, the shower was difficult to control the flow of hot water, we saw a mouse in the house, the cleaning was barely up to scratch. However, we enjoyed our 6 night stay to explore Perfect.

The house was clean and tidy but it needs a lot of tender loving care. The back patio area is old and needs revitalizing the lawn needs mowing the the garden needs to be cut back. We could not get the TV to work as it said no signal. The fan in the main bedroom makes a ticking noise when turned onhigh. The shower head really needs to be replaced and the hot water in the shower is intermitten. The airconditioned in the back bedroom would not work but the agent owner did arrange a reapirman. This property needs some money spent on it.

the house was locked up with only one bedroom available. The mattress in the master bedroom is well past its used by date as we kept rolling into each other and very hard. we had to go and buy a mattress topper just to sleep.Also paid a bond and then were expected to do all house work before we left. We left the house in a clean and tidy manner and no refund of bond.The house is in a perfect location just very run down needs some love inside and out.

We first visited this property in 2016 and had a pleasant two weeks there. The property is located close to Belmont Forum shopping centre, two minutes from the bus stop and only ten minutes from the city. It is clean and comfortable inside, and all appliances are in good order and working. We had no hesitation in booking this property again for our 2018 return visit to Perth.
