Amazing newly renovated home with every luxury one could want. This large luxury home has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, alfresco entertaining area equipped with Apple TV, and private enclosed Alice in Wonderland inspired court yard with oversized chest set & decking set under a gorgeously illuminated tree. The 5th bedroom can be fully self contained with a complete kitchen making it easy for larger families seeking a bit more privacy or space to share the cooking.

This entire house is yours to enjoy. You have access to all five rooms, and both the Balinese back yard with pool and the front garden.

We live just a short distance away should you need any assistance otherwise we will give you as much space and privacy as you like. We really do want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible so please do contact us should you have any questions in regards to the house or the area itself.

This is a lovely residential neighborhood so please be respectful of them by not making any noise after 10pm.

The property was wonderful, plenty of room for everyone. The garden is the best part of this property along with the pool. The kids absolutely loved it. When there was an issue with the toilet the hosts were there within the hour to fix it for us. Honestly it was a wonderful stay for my family who were visiting Australia. Thank you again

The oversized chess pieces

A nestled in a peaceful residential area, beautifully landscaped garden with an impressive outdoor chess set and a swimming pool. This house blends luxury with fun, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. Although I didn't have much time to fully enjoy all the facilities, the house provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that helped us unwind.

Perth holiday and family wedding

House large and roomy well suited for holiday getaway. Plenty of items in kitchen to use, as main reason for booking a house was so we could have breakfast at home then go out for the day. Think tv in lounge room either needs new batteries in remote or something more. At times, didn’t turn on and then hours later would turn on without anyone even touching the remote. Happened twice I think.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is well equipped and spotless. Although the weather didn’t allow for the full use of the outdoor amenities there was plenty for the kids to do with the computer games and keyboard. Renee was very easy to deal with and answered our questions promptly.

BEWARE!!! Do not waste your money!

Don’t bother booking this property as their policies are so unrealistic due to their neighbour constantly complaining about ANY noise even during the day you will not be allowed to use outdoor area. Complete waste of money followed by privacy laws broken by the owners. Photographs were taken of myself & guests and we were being watched on camera during our stay. Absolutely appalling stay they should be removed from this platform.

Beautiful home - Surprise Proposal 😊

The pictures online are pretty but once you arrive it is like you stepped into another world. The kids loved their own space with each room having their own tv, & thank you for having WIFI lol, they loved the POOL swam everyday & it was shallow enough for the youngin’s & deep enough for the teens, my son is 6ft he couldn’t touch the bottom. Biggest highlight for us was my long life partner who PROPOSED to me under the Cabana. This home will remain a special memory to us as a family!!!!! Thank you Dan & Renee 😊

I would recommend this house to all. The house is even better than the pictures. The garden was simply beautiful and the house had everything you needed. The beds were super comfy and all the little touches in the house made it so welcoming and homely. The pool was amazing and so clean :) The neighbourhood is really nice and there is a great pub within walking distance and also a couple of shops. We found it to be a great base for exploring Perth. Thanks to Renee and Dan for replying to messages so promptly and being great hosts. Wish I was still there!! Angela Xx

My husband and I bought this house. At the time is looked nothing like it does today. over the next 6 years we worked tirelessly to renovated every inch of the property ourselves transforming it into the beautiful home it is today. We poured our heart and souls into it and hope you enjoy spending as much time in it has we have over the last few years.

Why they chose this property

My husband bought this house without me being into town. He choose it because of the lovely safe neighborhood and also because of the giant tall mature trees. A lot of new areas cut all tall tree down to build the homes more quickly. Greenwood is fall of amazing trees in every direction. The backyard is an excellent place to stand on the deck and see the amazing gum trees rising high above the horizon. I love this property because I designed it. We renovated it to have different entertain zone. You can hang out under the Bali hut while reading a book on the outdoor couch. You can cool off in the pool on a hot day. You can watch the amazing sunset against gumtrees form the deck chairs. You can share a glass of wine while sitting in the adirondack chairs. You can enjoy a family meal outback while streaming youtube on the outdoor tv while candles are burning in the fire place (for safety no fires only candles are burned in this). The huge glass sliding doors open the main home to the outside. You can watch a movie inside but still feel like you are together. Out Front we enclosed our front yard and turned it into an Alice in Wonderland inspired garden completely with an over sized cheese set. We also lit up are large tree with white ferry lights. We feel this tree is the heart of the house and glows at night for all to see. Each room has it own personality. Each room is meant to make you feel comfortable. We hope you enjoy the house as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Our house is different. It is not your typical new home. We love art, we love entertaining and the house is built to reflect our style and taste. Most rentals will make things as simple as possible making it easy to clean or turn over but my husband and I love interior design and making sure the house and its accompanying decorations have a wow factor. Our house has personality I guess you could say.
