About this property

QUINNS RETREAT is a great family home set in a lovely quiet street in the beach side suburb of Quinns Rocks. This home makes a great place to stay for those wanting a relaxing holiday - walking distance to the beach and also the very popular Jindalee Beach Shack you will feel very much in the holiday spirit here

The home features
4 bedrooms - master with queen bed - bedroom 2 with double bed and bedroom 3 and 4 both have 2 single beds in each. We do have a 5th bedroom, but this is locked unless guests need the cot which is set up in there.
.2 bathrooms -1 ensuite to master bedroom has shower, spa bath, vanity and toilet.
Family bathroom has shower, vanity and bath. A second toilet is located by the laundry room
2 TV lounges
Dining area beautiful kitchen with large fridge freezer and dish washer

Alfresco area with seating and table tennis to keep the children amused.
Wi Fi is also included in the rental cost.

There are plenty of places to visit which are driving distance from the home
Yanchep National Park - approx. 15-20 minutes drive
Yanchep Langoon - approx. 15-20 minutes drive
Cavesham Wildlife Park - 30-40 minutes drive

When booking we ask all guests to complete a client detail form and return to us along with photo id. Upon receipt of these we will issue you with the key collection details

Please note the property has set quiet hours between 9pm and 7am daily

Pets - conditions are that all evidence of your pet must be removed when you vacate. Damage or excess cleaning will be debited from your bond
