The key to just how wonderful Aqua La Vista is, is in the name.

The water views are spectacular, encompassing Main Beach all the way to Pambula, Merimbula top lake, and the mountains beyond.

Settle in on the deck, enjoy your morning coffee or, at the end of the day watch the sunset cast down on the oyster beds below you.

The property is built into the hill and has two split levels both with sizeable decks for alfresco dining. A barbeque on the deck is an absolute must for your stay

The rear garden is like a slice of rainforest in your backyard, with ferns and landscaping akin to the Brown Mountain. Upstairs is a paved courtyard with gardens and a large gum offering privacy from the street.

Aqua La Vista is a coast house dating from the 1980s and is large in size, accommodating groups and families. The home interior has been recently painted so that it is gleaming when you arrive.

Upstairs is the main living area, fully equipped kitchen, six-seater dining and a delightful sunroom with beautiful timber framework– all areas provide open plan living with large windows drinking in the view.

There are four bedrooms in total, and three bathrooms in addition to a separate water closet.

The main bedroom and ensuite is upstairs. A second bedroom is also upstairs, in addition to the laundry and water closet.

Downstairs you will find another living room including a four-seater dining table (a great escape for the kids, with adults able to retreat upstairs).

The other two bedrooms are downstairs, in addition to the two other bathrooms and a handy kitchenette.

All bedrooms have queen beds and built in wardrobes, except for the bedroom at the bottom of the stairs which is a double bed. Please note, this bedroom provides access through to the rest of downstairs.

Pets are welcome at Aqua La Vista. We have hosted many furry friends in the past. We respectfully ask that guests do not leave their pets unattended and clean up after them.

Aqua La Vista is built into the hill, affording such views. With this landscape, we would like guests to note that the rear yard is steep and dense with foliage. For this reason, ball and running games with children and pets are not advised – but, with so many fabulous (and dog friendly) beaches and walks in Merimbula and surrounds, we encourage you to get out and about. The fabulous Merimbula boardwalk is only a minute’s drive away, or a short walk (if you are brave for the steep walk home).

Aqua La Vista offers a carport that comfortably accommodates one large car, or two small cars. However, there is ample street parking. This includes for boat trailers.
