Country Oasis - King Bed w/Tempur-Pedic matress.

A country oasis on a private road. One bedroom flat with a comfortable King bed boasting a Tempur-pedic mattress. Incredible full eat in kitchen - microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and a double sink. Washroom with walk in shower. Huge bright living room with large windows. TV and desk. Personal laundry room with washing machine & dryer. Can also provide 2 single trifold mattresses for on floor in living room for extra guests. As noted earlier this location is in the country, so a vehicle is necessary. Large windows to enjoy the many different birds at the feeder. Sit with a hot coffee on the cozy patio in the AM, or a cold drink at night around a little campfire and take it all in!

A beautiful get away

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was so comfortable. I loved that my view was of trees and nature. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in this beautiful, clean space. I was able to cook my own food and there were plenty of face cloths and lovely linens.

Short Getaway Experience

The place was clean and spacious and provided all the amenities needed for relaxing getaway. I had difficulty getting the door open when I arrived and the owner quickly answered my call and walked me through getting into the space. Wonderful getaway place

This flat was wonderful! It was beautifully furnished and had all the comforts of home. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer was a nice bonus. The setting with a view of the woods and birds chirping was lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Clean & Peaceful With All Needed Amenities

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay in this Walk-out basement Apartment. It has a fully equipped Kitchen and Laundry. Best of all, it has a lovely, quiet bedroom with a comfortable King-sized Bed. It is aprox 11 minutes to the Egg-cetra Breakfast place & also our favorite restaurant — the ‘Greek Garden’. Hostess was very responsive to all enquiries that we had. We will definitely be staying here again in the Spring of 2024.

Review of 8009 Indian Trail Road

Our unit was immaculate and fully equipped, contributing to a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The operators of the property were most cordial and responsive to our requests. The property is in a peaceful rural setting which added to to our enjoyment. If required, a major mall in Guelph is a15 minute drive. I would certainly recommend the property. A word of caution to anyone with mobility issues or requiring wheelchair access - entry to the unit is from a patio that is at the bottom of an 8 step stone staircase that does not have a handrail for support.
