Cosey, quiet and convenient. This property is new to the holiday market and a great base for your stay in Port Macquarie. Just a 700m walk to Port Macquarie's beautiful Flynn's beach, restaurants and cafes or a quick 5 minute drive to Ports CBD for a bit more variety.

The property offers 3 bedrooms with a queen sized bed in the main bedroom and second bedroom and a set of single bunks in the 3rd bedroom. There is a large living area with reverse cycle air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room opens right up to the fully covered outside deck and large backyard area, creating a great entertaining space for the whole family. There is a single lock up garage and a washing machine in the outside laundry.

Beach shack fun at Flynn's Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Emerald Palace was a great place to stay. Only very simple easily fixed issues; no fly screens, sliding door into a bedroom broken, not enough comfy chairs in the 'lounge' room, exhaust not working in the bathroom, a couple of essential items missing in the kitchen.The house is lovely. So close to Flynn's' beach and the wonderful Flynn's beach shops - bakery, cafe, woodfired pizza, Japanese sushi place, chemist, laundromat, second hand book shop, small shop with booze and essentials, blue whale restaurant. Beautiful backyard with the added bonus of an outside dunny, washing machine [and avocado tree!]and hills hoist. We loved our stay.

Simple and charming

Overall a good experience, an unusual house in a great location close to Flynn's. Pretty lean but has everything you need. The deck and back yard were the highlights, very pleasant on lovely and sunny winter days.
