Sejour tres agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour. L'appartement etait très propre lumineux et très bien situé (a deux pas du port et de la vieille ville). Le propriétaire est vraiment tres sympa et tres disponible si besoin, il connait parfaitement la region et présente immédiatement les possibilités pour se baigner ou visiter des coins sympas. L'appartement est tout équipé ce qui est appreciable,il y avait du produit vaisselle, produit pour les mains, sopalin, papier wc, huile sel.... c est bête mais dans certaine location nous n'avions pas ça et il fallait courir faire les courses ou emporter dans les valises. Bref tout etait très bien, attention cependant les escaliers pour accéder au logement sont très pentus et nous qui avions un bébé qui marche les escaliers pour monter a la mezzanine ne sont pas protégés (mais bon nous avons bloqué l'accès avec une chaise). Mais c est aussi ce qui fait le charme de cette magnifique bâtisse.

Gute Lage, Wohnung mit technischen Problemen, nicht alle Kosten bei der Reservierung erkennbar

Die Wohnung ist in guter Lage. Sie ist im Dachgeschoss auf zwei Ebenen verteilt. Oberes Schlafzimmer ist über eine schmale Holztreppe erreichbar. Sie ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, jedoch nach unserer Meinung maximal von 4 Personen gut nutzbar, auch wenn es Schlafmöglichkeit für 6 Personen gibt. Entgegen der Angaben zur Ausstattung der Wohnung gehört kein eigener Parkplatz dazu. Die Parkplatzsituation ist in der Gegend sehr schwierig und mit zusätzlichen, Kosten verbunden. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz haben wir erst hinter dem Hafen, etwa 1 km weit entfernt, gefunden. Die Infos auf den Seiten von FEWO–direkt könnten u.U. Irreführung verursachen: 1) wie sich herausstellte, zeigen die Bilder möglicher Weise mehrere verschiedene Wohnungen des Vermieters im selben Haus. Es wird leider nicht klar unterscheidbar, um was es sich eigentlich handelt. 2) Das Foto eines wunderschönen alten mehrgeschossigen Fachwerkhauses im Portfolio dieser modernisierten Wohnung mit Fachwerkgebälk, vermittelte uns den falschen Eindruck, dass es sich um das von Außen fotografierte Haus handelt. Diesbezügliche schriftliche Anfragen an den Vermieter wurden von ihm nicht beantwortet. Die Internetverbindung, die zu Ausstattung gehören sollte, funktioniert in Wohnzimmer überhaupt nicht. Nur wenn man auf der Treppe oder am Bett in unterem Schlafzimmer saß, konnte man die ersten Tage ins Internet. Dann ist das Internetsystem komplett ausgefallen. Das Internetsystem der Wohnung ist schlecht ausgelegt. Der Sender befindet sich irgendwo in einer der unteren Wohnungen. Lärm der Belüftungsanlage aus einer der unteren Wohnungen stört den Schlaf im oberen Schlafzimmer, wo die „gedämmten“ Lüftungsleitungen vorbei geführt werden. Der Lärm fängt am Abend an und hört erst kurz vor 6 Uhr morgens auf. Das Problem ist dem Vermieter offensichtlich wohl bekannt. Er sagte, dass er darauf keinen Einfluss hat und dass ein Elektriker das Problem nicht beheben konnte. Erst aus der Tatsache, dass der Vermieter für Bettzeug und Handtücher Geld verlangen wollte ist klar geworden, dass diese grundlegenden Gegenstände nicht im Preis dieser Ferienwohnung enthalten waren. Auch die Endreinigung wurde als kostenpflichtige Option erst nachträglich deklariert. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte aus unserer Sicht nicht. Mehr Transparenz in den Angaben auf der Webseite und technische Pflege der Wohnung würde gut tun. Unserem Preisenachlassersuchen kam der Vermieter nur unzufriedenstellend entgegen.

Séjour très agréable, appartement conforme au descriptif, très bien situé, Benoit M. est un propriétaire très attentionné et sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location. Propre, bien entretenue et proche de tous les commerces, à 50 m du port et des remparts. Magnifique.

Ausgangspunkt für traumhafte Ausflüge

Wir bewohnten die Dachgeschosswohnung die sich mit 2 Schlafzimmern Wohn- und Essbereich, Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine verfügt und für 4 Leute Platz bietet (2 Doppelbetten) / Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Die Wohnung ist über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen und das Gepäck lässt sich schleppen! Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus gibt es nicht. Der nächste öffentliche Parkplatz gebührenfrei ist gut 5 Gehminuten entfernt, was aber bei der wunderbaren Stadt mit ihren vielen Cafe's und Boutiken, Bäckereien und Patiserien kein anstrengendes Unterfangen ist :-) Mittwochs und Samstags ist Markt in Vannes wo alles erhältlich ist was man braucht, die Markthalle und Fischhalle lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der nächste Strand in Conleau ist ca. 4 km entfernt, sehr Gezeitenabhängig und perfekt für's Muscheln und Krabben fangen. Ausflüge auf die vielen kleinen Inseln und zu den Menhiren von Carnac, Quiberon und Auray sind zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hell, auch die anderen Wohnungen sind gemutlich und einladend. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und nett, hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Tipps für einen perfekten Urlaub. Englisch klappt ganz gut :-) Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier und freuen uns auf die nächsten Mobihan Streifzüge :-)

Nous avons été très content de ce séjour à Vannes. L'appartement est très agréable, propre et très bien situé (à 2 minutes du port et des remparts). Prix très correct par rapport à cette location. Le propriétaire est très sympa et a été souple pour les heures d'arrivée.
