This brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern home with a contemporary flare is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, inside the exclusive Coto Palmares. Located just 10 minutes away from the Puerto Vallarta airport and 15 minutes from Playa de Oro, it is perfect for a relaxing vacation with the family. The closest beach is a 5 minute ride by taxi or Uber. We can provide pickup and drop off from the airport so you don’t have to worry about getting to and from.

The location is a 5 minute ride to the closest beach. The house offers two terraces to enjoy the sunset or sunrise with a nice cup of coffee. Located right in front of the pool and clubhouse it’s the perfect getaway.

The whole house will be yours all 3 bedrooms which sleep 8 people comfortably. 2 bathrooms full kitchen, dining room, living room, terraces as well as the pool amenities.

The house is located on a private gated community with security at the entrance. You will feel safe in this private community.
