The apartment was so neat and tidy. It looked completely brand new and my sister and I loved it. Everyone we came into contact with was wonderful, especially Bushra!!!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!!
The property was great. Four adults and plenty of room to spread out. Great location, close to Metro and bus routes.
A couple of ideas for improvement...
Tea towels for kitchen, a small supply of cleaning disinfectants would have made me feel better about leaving the apartment better than i found it. A larger coffee pot would help.

Beautiful Rooms
The room that we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, along with the entire building. The check-in process was difficult, however. Apparently we needed to download an app first in order to be able to access everything and check-in, which was never communicated to me by the property owner. The only other downside to this space was the parking, or lack there of. It would have been really nice to have access to a parking garage that was close by.

Lovely modern place with perfect location to tour DC with a few issues.
Having to put in a 7 digits code 3 different times to get into the apartment was annoying. The apartment is lacking in supplies to cook as if they are discouraging you to do so. Some of the outlets are impossible to plug cords into.
The gym was great though and they had a nice recreation room with a pool table and foozbal,
etc.
We were able to walk to an abundance of cool DC attractions!
Stayed 2 nights. Loved the cleanliness and simplicity. Key access is a bit tricky at first until you figure it out and then it’s super easy. Front desk/office were friendly and helpful. Heater was stuck on 77 so we had to open the windows. Maintenance was not responsive enough. There were no condiments not oils to cook with and could have used a more pans. Sofa bed was uncomfortable for our 3rd guest, so the 2nd night, she just slept on the couch as is. Neighborhood is lovely with groceries, restaurants and metro.
The actual apartment itself was excellent. It was very new and very clean. It was an easy walk to the Union Metro station. The neighborhood was mostly residential and we felt safe. The apartment was categorized as luxury and was quite expensive. We felt that some of the amenities that were included with the apartment were basic as opposed to luxury. The management company supposedly had a concierge desk, but I could never find it. I tried to communicate with a management company by email and received no response. Overall, we had a great experience but in some ways expected a bit more. Under the right circumstances, I would stay there again.
