Tynedale Cottage gives you the charm of The Southern Highlands a special property for 4 guests. An easy 20min walk to the vibrant shops and cafes of Bowral, Tynedale is the perfect property for your stay. Offering 2 bedrooms, the main with a king-size bed, a fold out sofa and views of Mount Gibraltar, bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Not suitable for small children.
A charming open plan living keep the conversation going and a glass of the local drop and some of the delicious local produce available only a 20 walk or 4 min drive away.
The open dining area with its large dining table is ideal to enjoy the gastronomic delights created in the kitchen. Plenty of space for you to unwind, either enjoy the warmth of the western facing covered rear deck at the front and watch the colours of the Gib change as the day comes to end. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at the properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
