Crabapple Cottage -Lovely self contained cottage on Heritage property

Freestanding cottage on 1/2 acre block in Jellore Street, in the heart of Berrima.
Also on the property is the Historic Mail Coach Inn (1837) and Daphne cottage. - the three cottages share this village property.
This is a one room bed sitter sleeping 2 only with kitchenette and separate bathroom. There is also the 2 storey cottage - Daphne - next door/adjacent which has 2 queen beds and sofa couch - sleeps another 4-5 guests
Wood burning stove plus air conditioning.
Access to outdoor shared BBQ and seating and lovely verandah to relax on,
Newly renovated and fully self contained with all the mod cons needed.
Close to lots of restaurants and cafes.
Fantastic walks around the historic town and along the river where the German Internment camp once existed.
The courthouse is open every day and Harper's Mansion on weekends.
The market is held the 4th Sunday of the month at the local school.

Great place to stay and dog friendly.

The cottage was cosy and quiet with a view of the beautiful garden. I loved the fact the cottage was close enough to walk our dog to a cafe for breakfast and the dog friendly pub for dinner.

Lovely cottage, everything you need. Within a short walk to coffee shops, pub and restaurants. Beautiful setting on the river. Wonderful host, would recommend. We will be back.

We had a a lovely time. Comfortable cottage with everything you need, including yummy arrival treat of homemade trout rillettes. Great location - walking distance to everything and Annie and Philip are very welcoming.

A great place to stay right in the heart of Berrima. The owners Anne and Phil were very accomodating and stay was home away from home for us and our four-paw pet. Love it love it love it.

So relaxing!

After a very stressful couple of months, it was so lovely to relax and unwind in such a lovely, peaceful cabin. We loved being able to walk into Berrima’s Main Street and sitting out on the deck looking out over the gorgeous yard and pond (and the duck visitors)

Peaceful and cosy

We had a delightful weekend in the cottage. It is close enough to the shops/restaurants to walk but far enough not to hear traffic. The cottage itself had everything we needed and, with the cool weather, it was cosy to be inside. The small deck outside was the perfect spot to sit in the sun.

Cosy cottage

We loved our few days in Berrima staying in the cosy, quirky cottage. Great to be able to walk to the pub, cafes and shops and lovely position on the river. Pot belly stove was very welcome though a little more kindling to start the fire would be most welcome! For those who are looking for complete privacy on their break, the close proximity to neighbours may be an issue.

The bird life/wildlife was amazing. Semi tamed birds sitting on railings or eating out of your hand is quite unique. The cottage, itself was very quaint with a deck at the back with a very calming view. I would recommend to couples.

The cottage was beautiful, with the most picturesque garden. Very comfortable and clean, and an easy walk to excellent shops and restaurants. My dog had the perfect weekend playing with the host's dog in the shared backyard. Anne was an excellent host, we are looking forward to coming back!

This cottage in Berrima is lovely. It is small and cozy and has a lovely verandah just right for morning coffee in the sun. The owners are really nice. They are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
