"Mountains Reach" is only minutes from Bowral Town Centre (Bong Bong Street), Cherry Tree Walk, Bowral Swimming Pool and Bowral Train Station.
The space Mountains Reach consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one laundry. There are also two living spaces, with toybox and a Smart 60 inch TV in each room. There is a patio area off the dining room, featuring a Webber barbecue and a six person outdoor table with great district views. To the side of the property is an outdoor courtyard with an L-shaped outdoor lounge perfect for those evenings with a bottle of local wine.
Bedroom one has a king bed with an ensuite (shower only), and a walk in robe. Bedroom two consists of a king bed and bedroom three consists of two single beds with a trundle underneath each single bed with a walk-in robe. (Please note this is only for the seventh and eighth person). There is a second full bathroom, consisting of a shower bath and a separate toilet.
For those cooler evenings, there is ducted heating and reverse cycle air conditioning. For the summer months, there are ceiling fans as well as portable fans.
The internal laundry features a front loader washing machine and dryer. There is a clothesline in the outdoor patio area.
The full kitchen features a full-size family fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction stove top. There is also a kettle, toaster and coffee machine with some pods provided.
There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property as well as a desk in the third bedroom.
The property is able to park up to 5 vehicles on site however there is free untimed parking on the street also. On the lower level of the property, there is a two car garage with internal access to the home.
Free EV Type2 3.5kW charger onsite (over 50% o'night - easily enough for return to Sydney, Canberra, etc).
For families with young children we have provided baby gates that can be used on the internal stairs upstairs and also on the stairs outside patio. There is also a porta cot, high chair, toy box and a baby bath.
Access to the property is provided with a pin code for a key safe.
We are an accessible friendly property with a ramp straight to the front door from the front car spot and within the property there are no stairs. The main bedroom has a walk in shower.
We welcome guests to bring their pets (please book this accordingly in your reservation). There is a doggie door in the laundry to the outside court yard, which is fully fenced and secure.

Ian was an excellent host. He was attentive, professional and delightful. His property was advertised accurately. We were very happy with the facilities. The house was extremely clean, the sheets were laundered like new and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils even though we didn’t cook. The property was conveniently located. Definitely will stay again when we visit Bowral.

The location was amazing, central but far enough away from the centre of town that the area wasn’t busy. The set up accommodated our family well - a ramp and accessible features for our 76 year old mum and plenty of space and Netflix etc to entertain the 10 year old…. all while allowing us to bring the fur babies! The quality of included features, eg towels and bedding was also great. The host was super accommodating and we will recommend it to others and be back again. We loved it!

Mountain Reach is a nice and comfortable place to stay. It's very cozy, you feel like your in your own place. The host Ian is superb, very hospitable, accommodating and friendly. Request for extra coffee pods and he was there straight away to give extra coffee pods. I recomend this place to stay...it is a home away from home. Thank you Ian and would love to come back again on our next getaway.

Nice clean, bright & fresh stand alone house in quiet area. Generous sized rooms with nice furniture. Two large sized smart tvs, decent sized kitchen with most of the basic supplies (Aldi coffee pod machine). Master bedroom has full ensuite & walk in closet. Another seperate toilet and full bathroom. Weber BBQ on deck, small garage, plenty of street parking & a yard for your dog.

We were very impressed with the property and had a comfortable and fabulous stay. It was such a welcoming space the owners have thought of everything to make the stay so welcoming that you feel so at home, we were very impressed. Beds were so comfortable, heating and electric blankets were awesome given it was quite cold. The only thing that we were missing was teabags we only had three so a bit stretched. But such a small thing in the big picture. The property was well kept and very clean thank you so much Ian for making our stay so welcoming and for being so accommodating with our entry and depart times. Would definitely stay again.

We booked our accommodation in April for a wedding on Saturday 5 October, little did we realise it was a long weekend - however our host did not require us to stay 2 nights. The bus was collecting us for the wedding at 2.10pm from the house, however a quick email to our host and he arranged early checkin from 10.30am onwards instead of the standard 2pm. Our accommodation was for a couple and 2 single ladies & we all had our own rooms. Everything was perfect - we were extremely comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The premises were clean and modern. Thank you Ian for making our stay perfect
