Lovely spot close to many towns in the southern highlands! Location was great and collecting eggs in the morning for breakfast was really fun! Quite a peaceful place! Only downside - place felt a bit dirty and lots of dead flies on the windowsill.

We had a wonderful few nights away with our two children, 5 and 2. They loved exploring the property and playing with the chickens and dog. The cabin was well equipped for kids (cot, highchair, toys, board games, cubby house, sand pit, swing set) and we had a very easy and comfortable stay. The cabin was super warm and cosy, and the fireplace outside was perfect for toasting marshmallows. Thank you for a fun and relaxing getaway!

We had a beautiful stay and our two toddlers loved the farm; feeding the horses and collecting the chicken eggs was a huge hit! The house has everything you need and the views are beautiful and so peaceful. We’ll be back!

Property was spacious, clean & had almost everything you could need. Kate was a wonderful host & check-in / out was a breeze. Property was pet friendly & very quiet & relaxing - our cats loved it! Bentley, the Chocolate Labrador was extremely friendly & welcoming, we loved him & didn’t want to leave!! Thank you for a great stay, Kate - we hope to be back again some day.

Excellent place to stay!

I stayed for two nights and used it as my ‘getting ready’ place for my wedding nearby. It was an absolutely beautiful place to stay and my daughter loved visiting all the animals (especially the super friendly chickens!) We will definitely stay again in the future.

Great Family Stay

Wonderful cottage that was cosey and warm. Cottage was clean and well presented and had no issues during our stay. Situated to close to Mali Brae Farm making it the perfect place to stay if attending a wedding. Highly recommended.

Wonderful country getaway

This is a gorgeous property with amazing views from the deck and lounge room. We loved having family games of tennis and sitting around the firepit watching the sunset. Would love to visit again.

Twin Oaks good place to stay

The house is really nice and clean, we stayed in autumn, and it was warm and cozy. The location is out of the way very quiet farm style accommodation. Has access to wi-fi and lots of amenities on the property. We were warmly welcomed by Bentley the Labrador, he quickly made us feel at home. Would recommend staying here.

Very relaxing weekend

We had a lovely time at Twin Oaks. Very close to Fitzroy Falls. We did the walk there in the evening - just beautiful. The cottage was clean and fresh and we'll equipped. A very quiet and relaxing stay
