Spacious modern bungalow only 10 minutes to Litchfield National Park

One of two new bungalows our Florence Bungalow is set amongst gumtrees and overlooking the pool and campfire. The bungalows are situated on 20 acres with sweeping views of bushland, beautiful sunsets and lots of birdlife. We are only 20km from Litchfield National Park and is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the serenity of the rural living while exploring all Litchfield National Park has to offer. We recommend at 2-3 day stay so you can sit back and relax on the balcony after a day exploring Litchfield National Park with a cool drink and watch the beautiful sunsets, enjoy a cool dip in the pool and a night around the campfire.

A lovely place to stay near Litchfield National Park

This was a great place to relax after a day in Litchfield. The pool to cool off in was a great bonus and the accommodation was close to the Banyan Tree which we enjoyed for dinner

Our 2 night stay with Lorna was absolutely amazing. The perfect location for quick access to Litchfield national park. The plung pool was perfect for a dip at the end of the day. Thank you Lorna, definitely recommend this stay!

Litchfield getaway

Beautiful cabin and facilities and so close to Litchfield! Checking in/out was easy and Lorna and Les were friendly and informative about their place and the local area. We really enjoyed the welcome cheese platter and took it with us for a picnic in the park.

Wonderful

Beautiful cabin located a short drive from Litchfield National Park. Modern, clean and with lovely views of the tropical gardens / fields beyond (note: the tropical gardens have grown since the photos on this listing were taken, they are now far more impressive and opulent).

Just Perfect

I little gem on the doorstep of Litchfield NP. Perfect in many ways. Loved the layout of the cabin, the surroundings, garden, plunge pool and coffee pod machine!. Thanks again for making us feel at home.

Slice of paradise

We absolutely loved staying here - a slice of paradise only a stone's throw from Litchfield National Park! The bungalow itself was extremely comfortable with a great little kitchen and outdoor cooking facilities, and the surrounds were beautiful - a secluded and peaceful country block with swimming pool. Sunrises and sunsets were awesome. Lorna and Lee are friendly and fantastic hosts, and Lorna gave us some brilliant local tips around the best spots to visit in the national park - thanks Lorna, your tips were on the money! 5/5 stars, would not hesitate to stay here again!

An amazing place to stay. Lorna was a great host and a lot of love and care has gone into her two cabins. The nicest accommodation in Litchfield by a country mile. We slept with the curtains open looking across the pretty garden to the cows in the paddock. The cheese platter on arrival was a welcome extra. There is a BBQ, microwave and mini fridge so it would be easy take your own food to make lunches for the day or have dinner in. Would highly recommend.

We love our country life and living so close to Litchfield National Park and the beautiful swimming holes and bushwalks the park offers. We enjoy spending time in the garden and have spent the last 12 months building our two cabins.
