Kingfisher - The holiday home with everything

If you are looking for a beautiful, well presented holiday home with everything, including a shady pool oasis, just meters from the beach in Exmouth, then this house is the holiday home for you and your family.

The extra tall and wide carport will fit in all your cars and boats out of the elements for the duration of your holiday, making coming and going easy.

The outdoor area is shaded and fully fenced, with a green luscious lawn. There is an outside bar area that makes this space the perfect place for the boys to rehash their fishing adventures while on holidays. The pool area is fully fenced with established palms and a shady day bed under the gazebo.

The house is spacious, with an open plan living area and large functional kitchen. The kids Rompus room comes off the living area giving the kids their own space too.

The large main bedroom has its own walk-in robe and ensuite. The design of this house would be perfect for 2 families holidaying together, with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms up the other end of the house with the family bathroom, separate toilet and laundry.

There is even an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach to wash off all the sand before jumping in the pool.

We think Kingfisher is the holiday home with everything!

No pets are allowed on this property.

All linen and bath towels are provided. Pool towels have been provided. Please do not take these towels to the beach and ensure they are left at the property on your departure.

Our stay in Exmouth was fantastic (except the weather) and Kingfisher was a big part of it. We loved this house, it felt spacious, the furniture was just right, the two dining areas were great, the yard and pool are the perfect size and the parking space was fantastic. Plenty of room in the kitchen for lots of people. Its only a short walk to the beach and the yatch club which was a lovely thing to do at sunset. A real home away from home and we would love to stay in this house again.

A fantastic stay!

We had a lovely time staying in this home. Such a convenient location and great for a large family. We loved having a big kitchen for cooking and staying in when we wanted. The home was tidy and clean. There was heaps of room for everyone.

Property needs some maintenance, we rocked up to the property and the driveway had alot of red sand in the carport, home access door along with the alfresco.The glass sliding door to the alfresco was smashed had tape holding it together.No Tv on the wall like the photos as advertised in the alfresco.Carport hose fittings and back shed hose, outdoor shower all leaking.Rangehood doesnt work at all, had to do all cooking outside on the bbq as we didnt want to stink the house out.Alfresco feature wood on pool fence was loose, we had to get tools to tighten bolts up to use it.Few seats in the alfresco are broken.For the price we paided for the week, we would atleast expect the house to be maintained!Other than that was happy with the stay.
