Beautifully presented 5-bedroom Omaha beach house, just a 3-minute walk from the beach.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, this spacious single-level home is ideal for families and groups, with generous indoor-outdoor living and plenty of room to spread out.

The large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area flows through wide sliding doors to a sunny, north-facing covered outdoor dining area with BBQ and garden. The kitchen has a large island and bar stools, making it an easy space for everyone to gather.

The home sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms:
- 3 queen bedrooms
- 1 queen bedroom with an additional single bed
- 1 bunk room with a bunk bed plus separate single bed

There is also a separate media room with Smart TV and Prime Video, along with board games and puzzles. A heat pump/air conditioning keeps the main living area comfortable year-round.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor hot shower, relax in the covered outdoor area or enjoy an easy BBQ dinner.

The local store and café are within easy walking distance, and off-street parking is available.

Groups of 9–12 guests are welcome with prior approval and are subject to an additional guest fee.

Perfect Getaway with Friends

Perfectly located property walking distance to Omaha beach. We stayed with young children which worked out perfectly with such a well layed out home with lots of space. Also very well stocked kitchen so we could enjoy home cooking and a BBQ at night.

This house is great for a group of eight. The main area is an amazing space large and airy, beautifully organised to provide small areas for chats, watching tv or outside on the patio having lunch or cooking up on the bbq. Plenty of bedroom space for everyone. Close to beach on a path through the frog pond! Loved it!

Family get together weekend

We recently had a family get together in Omaha. The house provided plenty f seperate spaces with the main lounge, media room and outdoor patio, so 11 of us were not at all crowded. The house provided everything we could have asked for, it was tidy and in a great location.

Great place to stay for an Omaha getaway. The accommodation was excellent, with the rooms well laid out and away from the lounge/kitchen area. There is an added bonus of a TV room off the lounge, which is great for entertainment for children if required.There is a short walk along a path to reach the beach. Would definitely stay again

We love beach days, swims, long walks, BBQs, good food and generally slowing life down a bit. We hope Omaha Getaway feels easy, relaxed and fun - exactly how a beach break should be.

Why they chose this property

We love being just a few minutes from the beach and having so much to enjoy year-round. Summer is all about swimming, surfing, paddleboarding, long beach walks and BBQs, while winter is perfect for coastal walks, local cafés, pubs and wineries. Being an easy drive from Auckland means Omaha feels like a proper escape without having to travel too far.

What makes this property unique

It’s the combination of space, location and easy living. We’re just a 3-minute walk from Omaha Beach, with 5 bedrooms, generous indoor-outdoor living, a separate media room and plenty of room for families or larger groups to spread out. The nearby beach paths make it easy to come and go, and the single-level layout keeps everything relaxed and practical.
