The owner was very nice and helpful, community is very safe, walking distance to the mall & restaurants & he made sure to offer other services as well. I just wish there was more than 1 tv & we had issues with hot water going out, other than that I would definitely stay here again

Exactly how I imagined it would be!

I had booked this place after looking all over Vrbo for a property to host 10 of my friends and I. It ended up only being 8 people in the end but we were still excited and from the moment we landed in Cancun to the second we left, the experience was amazing. The house was the perfect from the amenities, the pool, the rooms, hot tub, balcony, communication from the manager, assistance with taxi services to and from the airport, and more. I’m thoroughly pleased with everything at this property including the security and assistance especially because it’s hard to manage so many people at the same time. We had issues with torn wrist bands (worn to allow us entry into the property) and arranging rides from the airport but help was always available in time! My only issue was there was some sort of white dusting around windows when we got there and lots of construction in the neighborhood but this is nothing that hindered our fun. I would gladly visit again if the property is available!
