You can enjoy the downtown waterfront without paying parking.(Drivers can park without a pass/permit for $10/hour with a daily max of $50 in specific waterfront parking areas.)

The house is really cute with nice outdoor space. We loved the proximity to the walking trail. I would give more stars except for the quality of the mattresses on the beds.

We had to extend our stay. The home owner was so accommodating which took a lot of stress out of a difficult situation. We will definitely be back in the future. Plus the views are stunning. Definitely recommend staying here :).

Amazing experience!

We were in awe of the place as soon as we stepped in through the door. Place was massive, clean, and beautiful. Bedrooms were comfortable and there were many ACs to cool us off during the summer. Pretty convenient location with a car as well, close to some nice beaches and trails. Highly recommend checking out this place!

Near lake

I wouldn't stay here again. The place needs more attention to detail to make for a better stay. The place was not very clean, close to the commuter train, and no regular TV plus there was a sewage smell that we couldn't get rid of with candles, open windows, and fans. The manager was very responsive and it is steps to the lake and not far from downtown and restaurants.

Hi Peter, You booked a two-bedroom reservation, but we upgraded you to three bedrooms for no charge to try to make your stay more enjoyable. I contacted you during your stay and your response was “this place is really good”. You didn’t communicate to us directly any of your concerns and give us a chance to address and or resolve the things that made you uncomfortable during your stay. To receive such a list of unsatisfactory issues and a bad review at the end of your stay was shocking and disappointing for us as hosts because we tried so hard. 1) The place is not very clean: You could have told us what wasn’t clean and we could have asked the cleaning lady to come back but regardless this cleaner has been fired and we will use another cleaner 2) The place is not close to the commuter train: It is withing walking distance and you can find it on the map. 3) The place has a sewage smell: The neighbour has a septic system and sometimes it smells when they pump out. It is temp smell. We could have explained this if you asked. 4) We could have added the TV Plus if you communicated this to us prior to your arrival if this was so important for you. You could have seen we don’t have TV plus if you took the time to review our description in our add. It is very important for us to make our guests have a great experience and a wonderful stay. Without communicating the items not meeting your expectations during your stay but instead, posting them in the form of a horrible review after your stay, it makes it impossible for us as hosts to make guests such as yourselves happy.
