Enjoy your stay at this newly renovated gem. With all the amenities this will feel like a home away from home. Set on a peaceful second story, it feels like you’re amonst the treetops. Explore Ballina’s best beaches/parks/golf course all within short walking distance. There’s also locals favorite Belle General, Shelly Beach Cafe and Shaws Bay hotel all within 10 min walk away. Or take a sunset stroll along the north wall at Lighthouse beach.
10mins drive from airport, 15mins to Lennox Head, 25mins to Byron Bay.
This property is pet friendly but does not have access to a fenced yard but there is a large nature strip directly next to the house which the dogs or kids can run freely. There are also 2 dog beaches and a dog park within walking distance from the property.

Winter week in Ballina

We had a great week at this property. It is walking distance from beaches (even with a 5 and 7 year old) and from the playground at the Pop Denison park (via a bush track). We had a very friendly welcome from the property owner and they also gave us some fresh fruit from their garden. The back deck was a perfect spot for soaking up some winter sunshine.

This is. A great little property. Has everything we needed. Everything is close by, quick drive to Byron for a day of activities. Whale watching tours departing from Ballina with would have been great if te weather didn’t turn. Ryan was very helpful and gave us some good ideas for sightseeing. We had a lovely stay.

Stay amongst the trees

Arrived late after a long day travelling. Home was clean and welcoming. Slept well each night. Each of the thee bedrooms had comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom. Enjoyed morning coffees on the back deck looking at beautiful trees. Very short walk to local cafes and beaches. I would stay again.

Exceeded expectations

Ryan was quick in responding to any questions I had leading up to the stay. Checking in was very easy. Accommodation exceeded expectations, clean and freshly renovated. Even pleased 2 high maintenance teenage girls who had no complaints. Bathroom and kitchen excellent, everything in working order. Very peaceful surroundings, loved listening to the birds sing, looking out amongst banana trees, papaya trees and tropical plants. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to any family.
