We had such a wonderful time in Calgary staying here! The location and neighborhood are fantastic. It was the perfect base of operations as we spent most of our time out in the city or in Banff. The only critique our group had was needing a few more pillows on the beds.
A trap.. Access confusing... a lock box across the street on a fence along train line?! Faulty fob key... only worked 1 elevator (only IF the second elevator was in use, otherwise stuck in parking garage) We had to be rescued a few times by other condo residents coming and going, happenstance. One resident noted that the faulty fob long standing problem with the unit, has rescued previous guests. Condo has lovely view but definitely beat up (shower curtain hanging by 2 hooks, could not find more hooks, toilet paper holder broken, ) We were expected to leave fob key with pizza place on way out, Pizza place was not open. Go figure. Asked for refund from host, two weeks later, no response. DO NOT offer another stay until host can show responsibility

Beautiful view and area however
Loved this property location and area was greatBut a few things that made the stay not so enjoyable …… key for property is off site Communication with host was off and on we had a few issues and some questions were answered right away others took hours sometimes a day… also messaging back in the middle of the night!!Needed the AC fixed and they did send someone however still didn’t work very well and with only privacy shades not curtains it was very hot. Lots of marks on the walls and a couple holes and broken things that need maintenance Was not explained that the key fob was only good for one elevator(which that elevator wasn’t always working) which caused quite a panic on our end as we had to be somewhere! I did appreciate a refund of some kind for having to have the AC looked at! Overall I’m sad that the hosts don’t communicate better or seem to care to clean the property up a bit as it’s a beautiful place and best location!
Toucan was quick to reply and answer any questions I had. The place was beyond amazing - I loved the city view with the Calgary straight at sight. It was one of the best stays. Beds were comfortable. There were restaurants and convenience stores around the block whcih was convenient! I would def highly recommend and I would def return here if I come to Calgary again!

Great price and good location
The location was awesome aside from being right beside the train (the noise wasn't loud enough to keep us up though). The view was stunning and convenient for getting around Calgary. We wished the place was stocked a bit better as we had a tough time finding some items (kitchenware, cloths, towels). The property managers were great at responding to our questions; however, check in was a bit of a process and it would be nice to have two sets of keys.
Modern bright condo; great location with amenities; located beside grocery stores and coffee bars and the C train;
Kitchen needs some more dishes including glasses and utensils; there was 1 wine glass and no drink glasses;
An information sheet in condo wld be helpful;
Having to drive to a separate distant (not walking distance) location to get the key, was inconvenient; requires a car or an extra cab ride;
Now that we know the process we wld stay here again;
Excellent all around. No parking caught me off gaurd. The add said no visitor parking ….. i misunderstood.
You can however purchase tenant parking.
2 wine glasses would be nice too but 👍👍👍👍
Only provided one key which made it difficult with multiple guests. Dryer seems to not be hot enough to be effective. AC didn’t seem to activate. Required IDs for all guests. Very nice place though and great location. Be aware key pickup is far from the actual place, they should use the lockbox in the building instead.
The pictures of property are accurate. The view is superb with the tall windows. The rooftop patio is phenomenal for hanging out day or night. The property is close to amenities such as the grocery store to coffee shops, barber shops even a short walk to the Plaza Cinema for some independent films! Walking distance to the Peace bridge and Prince Island for sight seeing and the views. Only issue I had was parking. Had to park in different areas. I did try parking out back. If you do park in the Diamond Parking zone make sure you are on time, as I was 4 minutes over and I got a ticket. Overall it was a great place to stay!
