Sherkston 3bd Dunes Beach cottage w/golf cart
Your family will be close to Elco beach and the playground when you stay at this centrally located cottage in the area of Dunes.
The space
Clean and cozy cottage, with cold a/c. Large deck with covered eating area and propane BBQ. Parking for 2 cars only. Please note, this is a family cottage, no parties, and must be 25+ to rent, per resort rules. Quiet hours enforced.
Kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware and everything you need to cook.
Fire pit area in yard out back.
While we love pets, we do not allow them to visit our cottage.
Guest access
8 guests maximum in this cottage, per resort rules. Guests are not interchangeable throughout the week and day visitors are not permitted.
Other things to note
We have quilts and extra blankets on site. Please bring your own sheets, pillows, towels and toilet paper!
Use of golf cart included for those over 18 only, per resort rules.

Must be 25+ to rent
No parties, no smoking, no pets, no exceptions
BBQ with propane, fire pit, large deck
