- To access the on-site parking enter the carpark entrance located on the left-hand side of the building.
- There are no stairs inside or outside the property.
- The dining precinct below the apartment can get busy on weekends.
- Building works are happening at the property. Scaffolding has been put up outside of the bedroom window. Tradesmen are expected between 7 am and 12 pm.
