Whilst the home boasts numerous traditional features, it also has all the modern functions a family would need such as, an open plan dining and renovated kitchen with Smeg appliances, spacious lounge with adjoining outside deck, three bedrooms with robes, bathroom with separate toilet and large laundry with external access. A sprawling rear lawn and huge multipurpose shed provide ample room for outdoor entertaining and storage. Extras; split system heating / air-conditioning, BBQ and deck, sunroom and dual access driveway and set back in a quiet cul de sac .
