Light bright and modern, this traditional beach holiday home provides all the creature comforts of home with an open plan living area with comfy lounge, TV, Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air-conditioner, fully equipped kitchen with island bench, pantry staples, coffee plunger, dining table & chairs for up to 8. A large deck for entertaining with table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ.

Min nights from Mid December to end of January. Min 2 nights all other times, min 3 nights long weekends, min 4 nights Easter.
Bedroom 1 with a Queen bed. Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 with a Bunk bed (Queen on bottom, Single on top). 2 Single mattresses are also available to use. Family bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet. Washing machine and dryer.
Fully enclosed secure back yard for the young and young at heart to relax and play. Outdoor shower located at the rear of the property. A short walk to Stringer Road Reserve which features oval, tennis courts and public toilets. Walk to Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron, Panda Blairgowrie, Blairgowrie Cafe & all the delightful eateries and shops close by.
PETS Sorry, no pets permitted at this lovely holiday home.
LINEN This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.
BOOKING POLICY A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

Very clean and bright. Good location with about a 15-20 min walk to Blairgowrie shops. Lovely quiet street and access to oval at the back brilliant for kids to play.

Our rental stay was near on perfect. The house was in excellent condition and was fully equipped with everything we needed. Garden was beautifully maintained and we loved the back gate so we could play footy/cricket on the oval. The manager of the property provided good service. Thanks for having us...hopefully we will be back.
Easy to travel everywhere. Great backyard for kids. Nice to have the tennis racquets to use on the courts in the reserve out the back. The variety of games were also a lot of fun.
Our family planned a last minute getaway for the long weekend. The Property Management Team were really lovely to deal with. Unfortunately the heater wasn't working for our stay which put a dampener on it (being winter). It would have been nice if there was wifi or some sort of additional TV channel (netflix). The house was set up to accommodate a large family with access from the back yard to a park area. Esy to understand cooking equipment, and plenty of helpful items in the kitchen. A great spot to go back to in the Summer.
