A short 500 metre walk to St. John’s wood road beach and Blairgowries vibrant cafe and restaurant centre . The property boasts three bedrooms , two bathrooms and sleeps six. The dining area seats eight and also has a separate living room and a library/rumpus room. The kitchen is well appointed and bright with gas cooktop and electric oven . The house has reverse cycle air conditioning as well as evaporative cooling and a seperate wall heater. The property is situated on a large 800 metre block with a covered outdoor eating area along with a 4 burner gas bbq and 2 other outdoor spaces the home has a tranquil relaxed feeling in a private setting set amongst the tea trees.
