Set in Rye’s most coveted locale, just metres from the foreshore, the Yacht Club, cafés, essential shops and public transport, the seaside villa offers unrivalled convenience and an effortless coastal lifestyle. Blending a relaxed beach aesthetic with contemporary comfort, the immaculate, light-filled interior features generous open-plan living and quality finishes.
