On Top of the World - Incredible Bay views with massive outdoor undercover deck

Looking for a beachside getaway that's relaxing and constantly viewing the beach, then this North facing sunlit Top of the World house will fit the bill perfectly.

Its a newly renovated mid century 1970's home with large external El fresco undercover entertainment BBQ deck and outside kitchen (a giant 100m2 in size) which looks over trees, houses, the beach and CBD.
The outside El Fresco table seats 7 and the comfortable beach couches seat 5

Newly designer landscaped garden, with curved bench for extra seating

Internally we also have a complete newly designed stone bench kitchen with modern appliances, plus a spacious modern lounge and dining area (seats 7) with gigantic new 85 inch LCD TV 

Layout
3 upstairs bedrooms (master with Queen and ensuite), one with Queen and the other a King single.
Then downstairs a separate TV / lounge zone with Queen bed, toilet and study options.

One main bathroom with bath and shower.
External Outside shower (hot + cold)

Adequate car parking for 3 cars

A total that sleeps 7

Location Location !
Only 1 min drive to the main Rye shops / Rye pier / beach
So many destination options as perfect position for Red Hill Winery's (13 min drive), The Dunes Golf Course (1 min drive), Flinders (20 min drive), Blairgowrie (3 min drive) and Sorrento (9 min drive)

The views from the entire property were spectacular. The outside deck provided a great space for entertaining. A perfect home when you are away from home. Christmas decorations laid out by the host were a thoughtful touch.

This house is beautiful! Even better than expected! We had such a fabulous time here. So clean, spacious, well equipped, incredible outdoor area and such amazing views, comfy beds. Great location.Hosts were great, excellent and prompt communication. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Home away from home. Easily the nicest holiday rental I’ve had on the peninsula and I’m a frequent renter. Matt was a charm to deal with and checked in to make sure we were enjoying the house. The house is beautifully renovated and everything is provided for especially in the stunning kitchen. It’s clearly Matt and Kate’s very loved holiday home. I chose to have linen and towels included and these were all of a beautiful high quality. Location is wonderful with easy access to shops and beaches. Short walk to Rye foreshore, bars and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you for opening your beautiful beach house to us.
