level as well and the yard is completely fenced for the kids and dog.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite and large
walk in robe. Bedrooms two and three are upstairs as well along
with the main bathroom.

*Please note that 11 Doomba Drive is right next door and is also a
holiday rental. For larger groups, extended family or friends you can
book both houses to accomodate up to 14 people.
A pre-authorised bond of $500 will be held on your credit card upon
check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property
has been inspected and approved after your vacate.

As we are situated in a quiet, residential setting our home is suited
to responsible, mature guests who will respect the privacy of our
neighbours. All guests must be over the age of 25 years or
accompanied by a parent or persons of age to be a legal guardian at
all times. There is no smoking allowed in the house and sorry no
pets on the premises. We reserve the right to terminate the tenancy
at any time if conduct is deemed inappropriate.
