great property great location pretty clean perfect place to have our little dog stay with us great coffee shop downstairs great pizza shop 5 min walk and great fishing spot across the canal only 1 issue bed doona s need regular washing

Thank you for your five-star review Anne. Please note we do very clearly highlight prior to booking that the third bedroom does not have a window and is a converted second lounge/office space. However, it is completely legal to use and sleep in. There has also been a ceiling fan installed in this room to ensure user comfort and air flow. Wishing you safe future travels.

We were not made aware of the drain issue until the end of your stay—had we known earlier, we would have addressed it immediately. We also would have been happy to rectify any other concerns had they been brought to our attention during your stay.
Regarding the cleaning, we acknowledge that it was not up to our usual high standard, and we sincerely apologize for this oversight. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.
The first photo of the property clearly shows the electric BBQ, which is used instead of a standard BBQ due to safety regulations. We regret any misunderstanding regarding this.
Lastly, while we always welcome feedback, we do not appreciate the way our staff were treated from the moment you collected the keys. Our team strives to provide the best service possible, and respect goes both ways.
