ANCHORS AWAY - WATERFRONT UNIT

Modren marina front unit with water views and a high end relaxing
beach vibe.

This unit is a modern delight overlooking the Spinnaker marina and
Bribie Island Pumicestone Passage. It offers three bedrooms, two
bathrooms and an open plan living, kitchen
and dining area that flows out on to the large balcony overlooking
the water.

The unit is located on the ground level and offers a secure single
carpark, air conditioning and a swimming pool in the complex. It has
high end finishes with a modern vibe
offering the perfect central and relaxing holiday hub.

You have all of Bribie Islands highlights a skip and a hop across the
bridge as well as Sandstone Point Hotel a few minutes' walk away.
At the bottom of the complex, you will find
a few cute seaside cafes and restaurants and tourist attractions
such as boat and jet ski hire.

* Three Bedrooms:
* Main bedroom with a queen bed, enuite, walk in robe, air con,
ceiling fan, work space and water view
* Second bedroom with a queen bed ceiling fan and built in robe and
water view
* Third bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan and built in robe,
please note this room does not have a window.

Two Bathrooms:
* Main bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet
* Ensuite off main bedroom with shower, vanity and toilet

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of
each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other
than pool/beach towels.

One secure parkng space plus additional visitor parking in the front
of the complex.

One small dog is welcome (under 10kg) for an additional pet fee of
$50.00.
