The only apartments on the hotel zone! You will not find many apartments closer to Palm Beach, the hotels, casinos, nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and cinema. You don't need a car. Just walk everywhere. The apartment is situated just 200 meters in front of The Hyatt. The beach is just a 5-minute walk. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, the luxury furnishing, the comfy beds, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids)

So much better than a hotel room !!!

Jorinde and Maarten's Las Islas condo was perfect for our family of 7 Plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, big cooler on rollers, outside area to eat, beautiful clean pool . I would HIGHLY recommend it. Owners were super friendly and always ready to help. We would love to come back to Aruba and stay here again. Thank youandaand

FUN Fabulous Family Vacation

We enjoyed the location, so close to the beach and lots of choices for dining. The apartment was very clean with all the amenities. It was great having beach towels and chairs to use for all our time spent at the beach.

Great Location

The reviews about this place were spot on. It's a short walk to the beach, and to the main drag with all of the shops and food. You don't really need a taxi unless you venture out, but they're plenty of them and easy to grab. The condo was clean and the neighbor was super sweet and helpful about where to go! I would recommend this place if you don't mind walking a little, I love to walk, my husband was tired by the end of the week, but he has an old injury on his leg.

Comfortable

The rental property was as posted. It was very nice, quiet and clean. While we were there the gate to get in was broken but was fixed the next day. Only complaint is that there are a lot of people not staying at the condo that use the pool area as a walk through to get to the development across the street. The gate to the back was left open. Might be because of the construction going on.

Relaxing and Convenient

Fantastic location, very easy walk to the beach. Convenient to lots of restaurants and shops. Host, Pieter, was very responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for small families

The 3 bedroom layout with a full kitchen and private pool is perfect for families as an alternative to multiple hotel rooms or suites. The location is about as ideal as can be for the Palm Beach area with everything within walking distance. We had a car because we also like to travel around the island to restaurants but it wouldn’t be absolutely necessary. There is gated parking though and again, it’s right off the main road so is easy to get to. Beach towels/beach chairs provided and it’s an easy walk to the beach. Modern washer/dryers available and owner was very responsive in replacing the propane tank for the grill. Great week—look forward to coming back once some of the travel restrictions fully loosen. A Covid testing center is within walking distance for the return trip as well.

I would absolutely recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location! There was a great communication and answered all of our questions quickly without hesitation. He even went as far to refund our smaller rental for a larger rental. Thank goodness it was available. We look forward to renting with him again.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and it is the perfect location!!! Tons of restaurants close by and beach is a 5 minute walk away. Will definitely be returning:)

Best property ever

This property was more than I imagined. My host was great always made sure we were ok. The location was perfect, minutes from everything. The property was clean and the pool was amazing. We will diffently be returning.

The condo is a great size for a family. It is tastefully decorated and a great layout. Enjoyed many a hour setting by the pool which is just out the back door. The location to the restaurants made eating so easy. I would strongly recommend this condo. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

Beautiful condo

Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the many restaurants. The pool at the condo was a nice amenity. 3 couples stayed at this condo and the facility worked for us. Pieter was more than accommodating to our questions and needs. Would suggest a coffee pot for ground coffee. Regardless, we would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect location and plenty of room

We just returned from Aruba and had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is very well located with lots of room and very clean. The pool was a great space to relax in the afternoons and always quiet. The owner was great and responded to my questions immediately. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Wonderful place for the family

The condo is perfect. Large enough for our family of five and having our own kitchen and pool really makes a difference. The condo is located within walking distance to everything you want in Palm Beach, including the beach just on the other side of the Hyatt. Short cab rides to grocery store, downtown, airport and Eagle Beach. The only improvement would be a little better lighting on the back side when walking at night. The check in process was smooth and efficient and the owner could not be more accommodating. We look forward to having another visit in the near future. This condo is a perfect alternative to multiple hotel rooms.

Great Condo in Aruba!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Condo and had a great time. It is spacious and beds were very comfortable. The living room has a huge sofa and very large TV, and the pool was also great. Its a short walk from all the restaurants and beaches. Pieter, the owner, was also very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend, especially for a family or group trying to avoid the over -crowed and noisy hotels.

Clean, spacious condo near everything!

We recently stayed at Las Islas condos and we already can't wait to go back! Our host, Pieter, was so helpful with all of our questions and quick to get back to us while we were there if we needed anything. The condo was spacious and a great layout for my family of 4 and sister and brother-in-law. The condo was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. The location was close to restaurants, shops and the beach so we could walk everywhere. The super market is a short cab or bus ride. The private pool was clean and made it very convenient with the kids. We all enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to visiting Aruba and Las Islas again! Thanks Pieter for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

We were a party of 6 ladies and location was perfect couldn't have asked for more, shops, restaurant, and night life... But at the same time there was a balance for relaxation if needed. Being on the first floor had it's perks of laying out by the pool and accidentally falling asleep. Pieter was super responsive and offered up dining ideas and things to do. I would absolutely book his location again and will.

The condo is very nice and clean .The only problem was our phones didn’t work very well there.

it was a very nice condo could have used more towels.But over all would rent again and can’t wait to return to Aruba.

Perfect accommodation in a great location.

We are a family of four and our daughter brought a friend. The condo is located in a perfect location for us. Near Palm beach but in a quiet area. The condo had everything needed for a wonderful stay for the five of us. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again. The property owner was very responsive to questions and extremely helpful to us in securing a taxi to return to the airport.

We absolutely loved our condo!! The location was perfect. Two block from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo is on the first floor which makes it easy to get to the pool. Pieter was always available to answer any questions. Looking forward to my next visit.

Grown Up Girls Trip

This property was everything that was described and everything that you see in the photos is as it is. There were 4 of us celebrating my 51st. Condo is a convenient walk to the beach shopping and restaurants there's a mall with a movie theater within 500 feet. We were able to walk out of our patio and enjoy the pool. We had acess to the gas grill and used it after stopping on the market that is on the way. Pieter was a excellent host even though he was not on site was still available for our needs. I will definitely recommend this property and will be back myself for the Soul Beach Music Festival.

TERRIFIC LOCATION and Owner

Location is in such a great place if you want to be in the middle of everything but with enough distance that youre not in the chaos if you dont want to be. We had 3 teenagers with us and it made it really easy to have them feel independant and come and go into town at their leisure. We walked to the coffee shops and smoothie shacks every morning with 5min. Rental chairs and tiki huts can be rented in between the hotel locations right on the beach. Most excursions will come pick you up if you provide them with the property address of Las Islas (next to Aruba escape room). We rented a truck through Bjs travel and it was perfect. It was a minivan H-1 category. It could fit 9 with enough room as a suburban for luggage in the back. Made it worth every penny rather than paying to take taxi to and from airport and just driving around with a large group. We met a few sets of renters and neighbors. Everyone was nice and plesant. We didnt cook but there are enough basics to get you through the process. We did have an issue with the TV in the front room closest to the road and peter was attentive and even had it swapped out for us until they remedied the issue with the existing tv. Cons: as written in other reviews the dryer is like watching water boil. Peter did say they were replacing it.
