Our well-appointed 3 bedroom home on Hay Street, is perfectly situated for you to be able to soak up the atmosphere and character of this unique little town. Enjoy elevated views directly above Queenstown. It is private accommodation that you and your guests will be able to enjoy, all to yourselves.

Perfectly positioned just a short stroll from the vibrant town centre, our holiday home offers the ideal blend of convenience, comfort, and tranquility.
This home is thoughtfully split across two levels. Upstairs, you’ll find an open-plan living area, kitchen, and master bedroom with bathroom. The open-plan living space is tastefully furnished, creating a cosy atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring Queenstown’s endless adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the dining table offers the perfect spot for enjoying meals together.
The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with all the comforts you need, providing a relaxing space to unwind. You’ll enjoy the serenity of the upstairs level, where everything is conveniently within reach. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms share a fully tiled family bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for the rest of the group.
Full laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Along with a private garage, making it perfect for storing all your summer & winter equipment securely.
We prep the property before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the property will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you.
The home sleeps 6 guests as standard but we can also set up (upon request) a porta cot for infant & toddlers.

Very close to all the action
We walked into a very welcoming home with heating and lights on.
Everything was perfect as we got in around 9.00pm and were able to get straight in to bed and get ourselves ready for the next days skiing.
