The property was ok, and the pool was nice. However, communications and enquiries have been outsourced to a call centre in the Philippines, and we had a shocking experience with them. We knew we'd arrive after 5pm and were sent a late check in form, which we completed and were promised key pick up details. We waited till our arrrival at the ferry terminal in Townsville and finally called and got the call centre. Took several calls before someone answered. They promised to send dets by email but 30 mins later still no email. Finally we called the number for property owners and finally spoke to someone local who told us the property would be left open. What should have been a smooth and relaxing start to a long awaited holiday ended up being super stressful. Until the communication issue is sorted I'd recommend staying somewhere else. This was not worth the stress and effort on our end just to ensure we actually had somewhere to sleep.
