Relax in this calm and stylish space. With a modern touch, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Including a work station, 350Mb internet, overlooking a pleasant garden. Vacancy for a car.
A Queen bed and a single sofa bed complement the space (if necessary, we also have a small futon that can become a fourth bed).
Access to the shared garden and small laundry room (with washing machine and clothesline).

Apartment with mezzanine, sunken TV room. Hot and cold air conditioning. Full kitchen. Laundry room with washing and drying machine (shared), iron, ironing board, cleaning equipment.

The space is restricted to guest use, excluding, as mentioned, the garden, laundry room and garage entrance.
