Overall a very nice property. Our neighbors who shared the duplex were very loud and played music loudly by the pool, so we did not even use that space. Due to the hot weather and the “smart” thermostat the upstairs was hot in the afternoons & at night. The booking was easy, but we would probably not rebook this house.

We're glad you found Island Time East to be a nice place to stay and that the booking process was easy, Jonathan. We're sorry that noise from neighboring guests kept you from enjoying the shared pool area. We do have quiet hours in place, and if we're made aware of excessive noise during a stay, we're happy to reach out with a friendly reminder so everyone can enjoy their vacation. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the upstairs temperature during the warmer parts of the day. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we wish you many more relaxing beach getaways ahead.

Customer service was great, they were very welcoming and had a quick response time to any issues or concerns we had.Although our last night was very unpleasant due to pool equipment issues (which was unfortunate; however, out of their control) our over all stay was awesome.
